I'm about 5ft 8 and like you say, I just don't have a clue how I'll feel! At the moment fitting my !!! into size 16 clothes is amazing but now I know that I can achieve that, it makes me wonder how much is realistic! I do get annoyed at people telling me I don't need to lose anymore though. Size 16 is still big!

What clothes size are you at 11 7lb if you don't mind sharing?!

You will know when you get there :)

Also cloth sizes are daft I have them ranging from size 20 to 12 and they all fit.

I started my slimming world journey when my size 18 work trousers wouldn't fasten by a long way.

I work in a school kitchen and it was week before 6 weeks hols 2014 when I started.

After hols went back to work and my trousers fastened and before long I needed size 16 and still in them :T

Evening all, I have signed up to a charity challenge to try to wean myself off the lovely and very addictive chocolate. The British heart foundation have launched dechox (detox from chocolate for the month of March) and I have signed up. I have a feeling I will be paying more in penalties if I cheat but it is a good incentive to do something that will benefit myself and others. If anyone else fancies joining me in the challenge here, all support is welcome.

It did then I saw who we got in next round lol

Our match against Southampton is now postponed .

We going to be playing a match every day/night we getting such a backlog :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hopefully you'll be totally worn out by next Sunday! I've got my Wembley ticket! :D

tweets is right miss teach you'll know when you feel right so I'd just keep going if I were you.

I'm 5ft 9 and my target weight is 10 stone 7, ideally I'd be closer to 10 stone 3. When I was younger I was happier to be half a stone lighter but now if I go to low my neck and arms start to look scrawny.

I'm a size 12 in most shops but it does depend on the brand and style. Like tweets I've got all sizes in my wardrobe.

Good luck, you're doing amazingly well. :T
  • Boooooo. 2 pounds on.

Flipping football away trips.....well certain ones anyway.

Oh well, I did the right thing, was really good and on plan till Friday. So heres hoping its bloat and my body needs to rehydrate. I can't put on 2 lb of fat on in day right?

Will be focusing on some SP teas this week and drinking plenty of fluids.

    Tommorow -

Breakfast - peppermint quark and raspberries
Dinner - wholemeal roll, beans and a laughing cow triangle - hxb for roll
    Yourgert and 2 satsumas.

Tea - unsure, poss beef stew with veg (depends on what veg I can get on yellow sticker tommorow - 2 days till payday)

  • Another self sabotager here! +3lbs for me this week  I knew it was going to be bad but was shocked at just how bad it was :( I haven't been on plan today as I had a bit of a meltdown earlier and decided to throw in the towel. I've come to my senses now and will try to get back on plan in the morning. It's just so disheartening that the weight can pile back on that easily. I watched the Super Slimmers programme during the week and I can easily see now how they ended up putting it all back on!

Congrats to all the losers this week :j:j:j

    Morning,

Thanks for all the nice comments about my weekend!

I did have a lovely weekend - but 2 things

    1. I didn't get to group on Saturday so Shala can you just put me down for a missed week please.

    2. I found out I've an interview tomorrow. Some of you will remember I've been trying to get out of my job for ages and had a couple of interviews last year which I didn't get.

    Beanie that sounds awful!!!

Going to try my hardest this week as really need to get a good loss on Saturday. Think its 7 weeks now til I go on holiday and need half a stone off at least.

But for now its interview prep, prep, prep!

Good luck with the dechox, I tried to give up choc for lent last year but didn't make it the whole way thanks to a bad day at work  Hope you do better than me :D

Well done moneysaverme fab loss, so that 777 challenge clearly works then. May have to give it a go

I always thought my target weight would be around 10 stone. But I really want to be comfy in some size 10s, that's my ideal goal. Relying on friends and family to tell me if I ever start to look scrawny or too thin although that's a long way off :D

Ooh cazza peppermint quark sounds so nice - is that just some peppermint flavouring added to quark? Sounds like a good brekkie on a SP day :)

Fingers crossed for today lantanna (or tomorrow if I could read properly!)

Successful SP day for me yesterday, ended on 5 syns I'd planned to use them all but was so stuffed after my tea I didn't need them :T

Back to EE today though I have missed my bananas :D

B - hexb cheerios with milk & chopped banana, 2 cuppas
L - JP with tuna mayo and salad
T - nacho style feast, potato wedges, spring greens

Syns today: roughly 2 for light mayo, probably 6 for the primula light on my tea as I've used hexa already, maybe a packet of pom bears later 4.5 syns

Have a good day everyone xx
