Wow MSM, that is a brilliant loss! I'm going for it with the 777 this week and I hope I lose even half what you did!
I find it so hard to drink water instead of coffee all the time though.
Today:
B - Banana and 2x Alpen Lights
D - Chicken stew with onion, carrots, leeks, courgette, tomatoes, quinoa and chia
T - Diet cola chicken (cont. onion, peppers, garlic, passata and mangetout) with couscous
Snack before yoga: melon and passion fruit with FF Greek yogurt
HEA - Milk
HEB - Alpen Lights
Syns - Sugar in coffee (2), Chia seeds (1), hot choc (2) = 5
Plenty of Speed in there, no?

Yes I know, I was amazed, had to stand on it twice just to check!!
I def upped my speed and lowered my syns (though not down to the 7 level - might try to be stricter on this for this week). I drink a lot of squash, not many hot drinks so the water part is easy but I consciously increased that too. I will be continuing on it this week. I also had a couple of lovely SW recipes too, with lots of speed incorporated.

I really shouldn't weigh myself at home the day before weigh in. It is showing a gain, but then I weighed myself twice, less than a minute apart, and got 2 different weights 2.5 lbs apart, although both gains, so hoping that it is just inaccurate.

It could be anything kathrynha. Sometimes you can lose by not eating much, sometimes the body hangs on to fat. You may have been within syns but not been food optimising if you weren't following the plan. I hope you get a loss but, if not, it's understandable after the week you had. :A0 -

I was just thinking that 113g is quite a generous portion of mince. I made up savoury mince at the weekend and used a 500g pack. By the time I'd added the veg I got 8 portions: 6 for the freezer and 2 in the cottage pie I've made for tomorrow. Perhaps I have accidental Green days and I'm missing out!:eek:

I know, it's just made me feel a little down. I really haven't been eating enough for the last few weeks, so it's probably my body just holding on to all I'm putting in. Also know hormones arent helping.
A weight gain would just be a rather naff end to a hideously bad week.Zebras rock0 -
