Things are sound really positive for you kathrynha and the 28th will be here very soon so as you say not too much time for the tumour to grow.
Maman - definitely finding the same - been over top end of target too long now but really want to get back into target range and hopefully back to bottom end. I'm already fed up with having to pay!

Thank you. I regret changing it now, I'd quite like to be a Lois.Still on the subject of hard to pronounce names, my mum is Carolyn and the amount of people in the past who have called her Caroline or Carolann or something similar - so now she just uses Carol much easier to pronounce
That struck a chord with me as I used to have a good friend called Carolyn, and DH always called her Caroline. Now my best friend is called Caroline and he always calls her Carolyn! It's like he thinks the 2 names are interchangeable and it bugs me so much!

Evening all
Welcome Jacko and well done to all the losers even if you did have to suffer to do it! Hope you're feeling better now MWM.
Kathryna - pleased to hear things are looking positive for your treatment and the doctors aren't wasting time which is good. Are you eating more and following SW?
Tete - I used to think I'd have liposuction (if I could afford it) until I saw the process being carried out on tv. The patient was anaesthetised but they were covered in bruises afterwards and the end result was a bit lumpy.
Are there plenty of green beans in supermarkets in the UK? The reason I ask is that they're in short supply here and that's never happened before. I wonder if its something to do with the bad weather that's affected supplies of lettuces and courgettes in the UK, although those items have been readily available here.
I buy green beans every week and they go really well with fish so I've had to be a bit imaginative with alternatives. We had salmon tonight and I cooked a mixture of onions, red pepper, cabbage, grated carrot and broccoli. I softened the onions and pepper in Frylight then added the rest of the veg with a drop of water, put the lid on the pan and steamed them - it was very tasty!
Have a great weekend everyone.

I'm trying to eat properly, although not totally successfully. I am having to force myself to eat a bit, and my portions are small, but what I'm eating generally isn't too bad.
Have comfort eaten on cereal bars an odd time, but actually kept within syns. Good job there was nowt nicer in the house!Zebras rock0 -
Well what can I say- finger firmly on self destruct button. Only myself to blame. My stress levels are so high that I'm just reaching for rubbish- I used to cope with it by drinking shed loads of alcohol but now I'm teetotal its chocolate, crisps, McDonalds.... Dreading Monday but as I say, I'm taking this one on the chin, I deserve it!
LL, my ex's mum was called Carolyn but was known as Carol, I think for the same reason! OH's late mum was called Thora, but was known by her middle name, Jean. OH didn't even know until I got a copy of his birth certificate!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Mrs Ryan, sometimes when you add up all the stuff you've eaten it's not as many syns as you think it's going to be, and its only one evening.
Hugs. Take care of yourselfZebras rock0
