Well I have the results of last weeks biopsy and it isn't good. I have cancer
Consultant says it isn't bad, but I feel like everything is crashing down around me.

weighed in last night and on my 28 week of the plan have had my first weight gain of 2.5lb :eek:
I know I have let things slip recently, sticky toffee pudding - large portion and seconds, salted roasted peanuts - a big bag
, Magnum ice cream
etc etc
so another one here going to have to "rein it in" and start sticking to plan again.
