I can't see why not, all the ingredients look freezable to me.

I think I can live without courgettes at that price tweets. Ridiculous!

DH and I don't do Valentine's as such although we have been out together today which was good. Some years I've bought the M&S meal deal but generally that's when it's been at the weekend. I'm busy tonight so nothing special happening here. We're out to lunch tomorrow though so we'll make up for it.:)

I'm going to WI tomorrow (before lunch;)) and was feeling quite positive about it but today is clean jeans day and I'm not so sure. I had a SP lunch to try to help.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: veg and ham omelette with cornichons and beetroot
    D: SW spaghetti Bolognese
    Syns: squirt of syrup, Parmesan

Wasn't me maman who mentioned the price I don't like courgettes.

Managed to get to weigh in tonight. Paid for a countdown and I'm a Yorkshire lass so too tight to let it go to waste ☺.
Half off which is a more sensible amount than the last few weeks.

Thank you for all your support everyone

So sorry to hear about your resultsKathryn however it sounds like they have caught it early Good luck for your treatment.

Can you pop me down for -1lb please Shala. Keep going in the right direction which is good.

Had a really busy day today as it was our inservice so I ind of lost track of time and to be honest I hardly ate, however as it was weigh in day I am not too worried and will get back on track tomorrow. Off to plan my menu for the rest of this week.

Re valentine's DH and I decided to postpone to Saturday as we are both working tomorrow so wine would be a no-no for us. We are having Prawns and salmon with salad for starters, steak actifry chips mushrooms peas and tomatoes for main and then a tarte au citron which we have left from xmas in the freezer for a decadent pud, plus a bottle of bubbly. Therefore need to try to be lean on the syns for the other days.

Well I have the results of last weeks biopsy and it isn't good. I have cancer :(
Consultant says it isn't bad, but I feel like everything is crashing down around me.

As for todays eating plan, CBA!
I remember only too well hearing the doctor say those words to me, seems like a lifetime ago but was only 4 and a half years. I fought and battled it and now I'm 11 weeks from the all clear. You can too. I have every faith ❤️Just do whatever it takes to look after yourself right now, my love and thoughts are with you xx

Home from Arran. We had a great time despite less than perfect weather, lol. Food was fantastic – but some of it may not have fitted into SW plan. Oh well, back on it tomorrow.

Well done, losers. If I try to list you all, I’ll miss someone out for sure.
    Congrats for SOTW, kathrynha.

I am so sorry to hear your news, kathrynha. Right now, you’ll be devastated, no matter what your consultant said. I found that once I knew for sure, I was less anxious, I knew what I had to deal with and I could focus on doing something about it. That was 7 years ago. Baby steps - and big supportive hugs.

Hope your back is improving, candyapple.

    Happy anniversary, Lois.

Thank you for all the kind messages. It really gives me hope that so many of you have been where I am now, and have come, or are coming out the other side okay. I am trying to stay positive, but it isn't easy.

In the hope of not raiding the tuck shop at work, my plan for today is:
    Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch - out for a pub lunch with my colleagues. Will try to chose sensible
Dinner - pulled pork with jacket potatoes and veg

    HA - milk
    HB - oats

    Lovely words Mrs Ryan.

Mid week weigh in has me up 4lbs in 2 days in one of my massive fluctuations again no doubt.

I'll be pretty peeved if I don't get a loss this week.

Really seems impossible to get anywhere with it right now.
  • Morning all,

Hope everyone is doing okay. Enjoy your lunch out with your colleagues KATHRYNHA. So glad to hear all those who have been poorly in the past are doing well now. Very encouraging and may it long continue.

Well I have been trying the 777 challenge since Monday (7 syns, 7 speeds and 7 water). So far it's going well and is giving me more focus. Hopefully I will bee the benefit next Monday at WI. I drink a lot of water anyway so this part is easy. I'm also vegetarian so that's okay. Was it TETE and ALI-T who were also going to try this?? If so, how's it going??

Might get on board with the 7 7 7 myself. Tired and cranky today, the cooking really has to come to an end soon.

I said something last night about my meals coming to an end at my parents soon and I thought my mother was about to cry.

She's really not been in the best of moods this week.

I'm telling Dad to get them a takeaway on Saturday and I'm having the day off from going over. I feel like im in Groundhog day at the minute every day is the same.
