morning all
menu went a bit out of the window yesterday as I still was not feeling that hungry but stayed within my syns so that was good.
Today I am planning on:
Breakfast: toast and peanut butter, DG coffee x 2, frozen fruit and yoghurt (5 syns total)
lunch: stuffed peppers not quite sure how I am doing these yet, maybe rice maybe couscous
Dinner: chicken and mushroom garlic pasta
I will have salad with both my lunch and dinner.
snack: half the carrot cake I didn;t have yesterday (3 syns). (I just realised that I had made that with my HeB yesterday but as I didn't eat it all then I didn't have my HeB or HeA yesterday - oops. I will use my HeA today in either my stuffed pepper or my pasta.)
phew that ended up a bit of an essay
Have a good day everyone.0
