  • Weigh day tomorrow so I've chosen a really bad night for a binge (three packets of Hula Pufts, two Fibre Ones and two Options hot chocs - 26.5 Syns in total). Completing job applications just fills me with utter futility.

  • Thanks maman , the banking of syns is something I used to do. The self control has just wavered a little of late. Like I used to do SP days on a Friday and a Monday but those have wandered off somewhere too. Big must try harder sticker here!

Despite all of my winging and I went and managed 1 and a half off tonight. I have been ill half the week though and if you can't get out of bed you can't snack ! Silver linings! lol

I succumbed to the takeaway. Again :o
However it was a chicken chop suey (9.5 syns) with extra mushrooms and plain boiled rice so not too bad.
I was supposed to be going to mums on Sunday morning and staying overnight in Peterborough on Saturday as early train Sunday but have had to totally change my plans. Heavy snow forecast here Saturday and because we're so high up we get snowed in easily so I'm going tonight (Friday) and travelling up early Saturday. There's a Waitrose next to the hotel and the station so I can at least have access to reasonably healthy stuff. Will weigh at group round corner from mum on Monday.
Tried dress on again- now gaping at back which isn't good but it's a good sign :D
    Night all xxx

  • +1/4lb disappointed but moving on.... Did get a bit slack at writing things down so back to it. Today's plan :
B - overnight oats with raspberries
L - j pot with laughing cow extra light (1), mushrooms and salad.
    D- lasagne and salad.

I am calculating my lasagne at 10 but will go for a small portion with tonnes of salad.

Have a great day all x

Well after that little meltdown I have lost 1lb this week (scales yesterday morning showed a half pound off, so don't know how this has happened).

    Plan for today:

    B - Weetabix (A+B)
D - Pesto pasta with bacon, onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (1.5)
    T - ??

Tempted to get a takeaway when I finish that application but I'm already thinking about next Friday :o I have a SW chicken tikka in the freezer so perhaps I'll do some egg and mushroom fried rice with that, and treat myself to a Wispa instead.

Work beckons, have a good Friday all xx
