OH TIE, I remember HMIe coming in to our school; I was DHT (with responsibility for ASN) and it was 2 weeks of hell! Good luck, you can only do your best.

It’s shocking but I’ve never been to Arran, beanie. My Dad lived in Lamlash as a boy for about 6 months; he always said my Gran moved every time she got fed up of the wallpaper! He used to hate being asked for former addresses. With 7 kids, I don’t know how she could face it. And I don’t know what my Grandad did about getting to work in Glasgow!

Mrs_R, I can’t seem to lose much per week (when I do) either, but I’ve decided to be happy with every little bit, so even although I put on this week, I’ve still lost 5 lbs this year. It’s the right direction. It’s easy to say, “Try not to put pressure on yourself,” but it’s damn hard to take that on board. You’ll get there, I’m sure. I got on the tour bus and plan to enjoy the scenery.
EEK! I’ve just seen that you’ve broken your toe! Enjoy your curry and hifi chaser.

Was that the SW friendly lemon curd you made in the micro, att?

    Congrats, SOTW, kathrynha.
Thanks for the lovely chart, shala.
Honourable mentions to Mrs_R, kathrynha (WOW again) and WJN.

    Hello, mrs motivated.

could live quite happily on only cheese and wine if I had too lol.
Ah, but if you did, Tete, it wouldn’t be a treat!

Well i'm glad that got posted.. i'm not sure if it's my computer playing up or the websites!!

Anyway we have lots of people who have met their challenge totals so :T:T:T to you guys!! Keep it going, if any of you wish to change them then just let me know..

Hope everything goes well tomorrow Kathryn, will be thinking of you x

Welcome to the thread Mrs Motivated!

Great post Lantanna, it really is harder to lose the weight the "next" time around. :( I'm not as obsessive as the first time around and that doesn't help - not measuring healthy extras properly, sneaking extra syns, knowing where you can tweak things etc it all adds up.
It's the reason I don't go to group, as I just want to be left alone to go through things at my own pace and get support from [STRIKE]strangers on the internet[/STRIKE]! Friends in the computer :D

  • Another serial Dieter here :o The weight is shifting so much slower this time around. At my weight (currently just over 16 stone :o ) it should be falling off me! I downloaded a weight trend app. At my current pace it will be well into November before I get to target. And that's not allowing for the inevitable slip ups along the way. My mum got vouchers for me, her, and her friend for spa treatments and afternoon tea as Christmas presents. I keep putting it off as that will lead to a gain. I'm going to have to agree to go soon though as it's not fair on them. The last thing I feel like doing at my weight is going to a spa. The robe look is not good :rotfl:

Thanks for the chart Shala. I don't know how you manage to keep track of us all. Thankfully I had a decent loss my first week back or I'd have never reached my target for the challenge!

Congrats on SOW kathrynha :j Hope you get some good news soon :)

    Just over a stone.

What are you basing that on? BMI? weight you used to be? etc?

BMI isnt a great measurement, especially for active people.
Wanting to get back to an old weight is difficult too. Since having a kid my shape has changed. My chest never went back down. So the old weight might not be practical

Your target weight should be what is right for you!
