MrsRyan, the chow mein naked noodles are 4 syns. They are the only flavour i dont buy as they are so much more synful than the others. I love the duck one which is only 1.5.

good luck with the losses, a dress to fit into is a great motivator.

Don't think I've done too badly today

    Breakfast - yogurt
    Lunch - fajita
    Dinner - Spag bol

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - wrap

Not big quantities but at least it's something and it's healthy.
And had a good cry with my best friend. She gives good hugs.

  • Congrats to all the losers so far this week. Haven't really noticed the veg shortage here so far (Ireland). There was a sign up in my Aldi this morning about it though so think we'll probably start noticing it soon. Have been 100% on plan this week so fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow.

Fancied some wine today but was afraid if I opened a bottle I'd end up finishing it :rotfl: Picked up a 125ml bottle of Prosecco in Aldi this morning instead so I'd have built in portion control. At €4 a bottle I won't be doing that again  Did enjoy it though. It was my only syns today so I know I'm grand. For future reference though does anyone know the syns? It had no calorie info on the bottle.

Getting fed up of porridge in the mornings. Got some fat free yogurt and granola for a change. Is granola a hexb or will it need syning? Am I right in thinking that one syn is roughly 20 calories if there's no free food element? Sorry for the questions! It was so much easier last time I was on SW as I had the online membership. I do feel it's very pricey for what you get though.

Just lost my big catch up post :( pressed the back button by accident!!

I can't remember any of it! So i'll just have to say hugs to everyone and congrats to all you losers :T:T

We've had a rubbish week here, 3.5lb gain. Missed my normal class again  so made myself go to a different one just to get a new starting point. Going forward i'm just going to have to get to any class to keep track of my weight, work hours are getting worse and aren't looking like getting any better in the near future :(

Kathryn, sorry to hear you've had bad news xxx

Your prosecco is 5 syns which seems an awful lot for such a small glass. :(
Some granola is a HEB, depends on brand otherwise it's 5 or 6 syns for 25g.
  • Weighed myself a few days ago and was mortified by a 8 and a half lb gain. So got back on plan.

    Food today consisted of

B - scrambled egg on toast (2 syns-ish for butter)
    L - bolognese
D - gammon, sw chips and lots of salad (1 syn for oil)
Snacks - wafer chocolate bar 5, choc animals 5 and a half.

Driving back up to Wales tomorrow and I'll be staying with my nan. She's a feeder and loves her white bread so will have to do a mini food shop for while I'm there.

Tuesday is a planned off plan day for the funeral. My gramp wouldn't want me to sit there and starve and he certainly wouldn't want me to not have a cheeky drink to celebrate his life.

Hope you're all doing well! Hugs to those that need them and congratulations to all the losers.

    Xxxx

According to the app, 'Naked Noodle Chinese Chow Mein Noodles, 78g pot' which is definitely what I had- 1 syn. It's 4 syns for the Chow Mein flavour stir fry noodles which is what you use in a stir fry. Just looked them up and they're totally different from the pots. And your duck ones are actually only 1 syn! I had some the other day and they're really nice. Unless it actually is the stir fry noodles you've been buying and not the little pot noodle style ones I think you've been getting them mixed up.
    :)
