Survey has been done today, the mortgage company have also decided they want a more up to date letter from the csa with the payment schedule on it - I explained that the one I sent them is the most recent, it shows his monthly payments "until further notice" but they've decided that isn't specific enough, so I've had to phone them and they hope to send an updated letter tomorrow
Other than that not much to report - today has been a nsd
Dinner's done and cleared away, ds finally remembered to bring his PE kit home tonight so that has been washed and bunged through the drier too ready to get it back in his locker tomorrow.
Tonight will be spent looking for some surveys, writing a birthday card ready to post tomorrow morning, and maybe browsing some more on pinterest for new house ideasMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Nearly 6,000 steps on the fitbit today, the last three days it hasn't been charged so I already have a lot of steps to catch up

So it's been a busy couple of days - yesterday the car had it's MOT and it passed with nothing whatsoever needing doing :j So that was £43 for the mot, not bad at all I reckon :money:
Housewise - I've had the survey report through - the house is absolutely fine, they recommend I have an electrics test and a gas test but I think this is fairly standard recommendations. I will probably get the electric one done, the seller is getting the gas boiler serviced.
I have also returned other bits and pieces that the solicitor asked for, I'm still waiting for the CSA letter, hopefully tomorrow
Spends wise I had to get petrol today (£30), and £2 on milk and mini eggsand £25 for my friends spare ticket for the footie on saturday
Last night we had a PTA meeting so I'm feeling tired tonight.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Grr, the csa letter still hasn't come
Never mind, it's finally the weekend
Plan is as follows: ds has Scouts tonight then is off to his Dads in the morning after doing his paper-round. I will write a list of jobs to do and I have borrowed a friends season ticket who can't go tomorrow, so I have footie to go and watch
So my list of exciting stuff to complete is:- Tesco food shopping
- Tax return
- Clear all surveys
- Washing mountain
- Resulting ironing pile
- Change my bedding
- More packing / cleaning / trips to the tip

Bed is stripped and remade, second load of washing is in the machine, ds is in the bath and will need a lift to meet his dad in about an hour, I'm going to leave my tax return until a bit later, I want to get some housework and some sorting/packing done his morning.
Yesterday was a nsd too, forgot to mention that, I doubt whether today will be but it shouldn't be too highMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Very productive morning here so far - the bathroom is clean and sparkly, everywhere's tidy and hoovered, third load of washing is in the machine and the tax return is complete
Postie has finally brought the csa letter I've been waiting for so I can send that across to the mortgage people on monday morning. He also brought me the water and environmental searches from the solicitor, just waiting for the local authority one now I think.
