Today hasn't been bad spendwise, I bought some milk for work this morning and I need to order some more school trousers for ds tonight online as he's ripped his right across the backside and my sewing skills are non-existant, I think it's safer to invest in some more trousers

Forgot to mention postie brought me a £10 Sainsburys voucher today, that doesn't get added to the signature but am sure it will come in useful when I need to stock my new cupboards

So the mortgage application is all submitted, now it's time for the solicitors etc to do their stuff

Tonight will be a nice bubble bath, clearing a few surveys and watching Of Mice & Men - ds is reading it at school and watched it and loved it so wanted me to see it too.

And finally the weekend is here, it's been a long week this week :cool:

The solicitor has sent me loads of bumph through from the seller, she's leaving me all her curtain poles and curtains plus her rotary line. Nothing hugely exciting really but at least they will do for starters and then I can replace them as and when

Tomorrow needs a big trip to the tip, I have loads of half-filled bags here to take. We're also going to see Passengers at the cinema tomorrow evening as ds wanted to see it.

I'm freezing cold and want a hot bath then pj's but ds has scouts at 7 so I need to take him then pick him up at 9

will be interested to know what you think about passengers, can't make up my mind if i want to go or not. been to the cinema a couple of times recently, for a dhange so fancy going to another film now, want to see girl on the train i think. happy clearing out weekend.

I can't believe your DS is 13 now!! Fab news on the impending move! You did amazingly well in clearing your current mortgage down, are you planning to go at the new one as fast or pay family back first?

I'm going to pay my brother back first, my Mums money is inheritance that I am getting early if that makes sense. Then it will be on with the mortgage bashing

So far I have taken 4 bin bags to the tip, I've walked the dog, tesco shopping has been ordered, I've stripped ds bed, the second load of washing is in, the dishwasher has been emptied, the flat is pretty tidy and hoovered through.

Ds is having the usual wobbly about doing homework, I hate this constant battle :mad: Now it's time to sort out some lunch, then get ready to settle down for an afternoon of footie before we go to the cinema

And just realised my fitbit has died and the charger is at work again :cool:

Had lunch, remade ds bed so that's nice and clean for him tonight, tomorrow is his only lie-in he gets a fortnight so hopefully he'll have a decent nights sleep (paper-round 6 days a week and one Sunday at his Dads where he's up early to come home).

Now it's time to catch up on my laptop and get ready for kick-off
