Almost the end of the week for me as tomorrow is an inset day so no kids around and a fairly easy day
Had a letter from the solicitor today to say the boiler has now been serviced at the property I'm buying, so that's one less job to do when I move in
I'm so cold already tonight, hoping I'm not coming down with something as I was sick when I came home although I feel fine now. We have so many kids off school at the moment, the sickness rate is huge
Today has been a nsd, I'm not planning on going anywhere else or spending anything either, so hopefully that won't change.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

I had a good nights sleep, the inset day went fine, dull but no problem. Since I came home ds and I have gutted his two sets of drawers and binned a bin liner full of stuff, a bit less to pack with us
Dinner will be ready soon, honey and mustard chicken with rice and sweetcorn then ds is off to Scouts. I might do the end of the month banking tonight and see if I have anything left for the last few days of the month
Tomorrow we're going to attack the garage together, hopefully the weather won't be too bad. There's no footie for me tomorrow as we're knocked out of the cup.
I received the mortgage offer finally today in the post, I've checked it over and all looks fineMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Money all checked, I have £47 left until Tuesday (payday), I have done a Tesco order which is coming tomorrow which will be about £40, so this months money has pretty much all been spent, although it is a long month, hopefully next month I might manage to save a few pennies from the monthly budgetMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Morning all, ds has done his paper-round and it's his payday today, so another £10 put away into his savings, making £60 this month he's saved :money:
I've emptied and reloaded the dishwasher, made the beds, had a nice big mug of tea and am now pondering the day ahead. The Tesco shopping is coming between 12-1 today, we are going to tackle the garage, ds has piles of homework again , I might gut the pots and pans cupboard in the kitchen and I've finally found a couple of bits to go on ebay so will try and get them listed today too. I've also got quite a few surveys building up again and need to see Mum today.
Hopefully no spends but we'll have to see what happensMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Quite a few boxes packed and sealed in the garage, another trip to the tip done, all my surveys are completed and now just waiting for the Tesco man to arriveMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

Shopping arrived and all put away, £44.50 so I have £2.50 left until payday
Time to get those few bits and pieces on ebay and see if I can make a few £££'s there.

So my planned lie-in didn't happen, I was wide awake at 6.30 as usual  Ds is still fast asleep so I'm quietly camped on the sofa with a blanket so I don't disturb him
Today is forecast to be very wet and windy all day, I didn't get those bits on ebay yesterday so looks like I'll be doing that today, along with the ironing, some more homework with ds (we did Maths yesterday), double check all the end of month banking stuff and general pottering and looking for ways to make or save some more pennies. I'm just desperate to pack everything up now and move, I feel in limbo and I don't like itMortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000

That limbo feeling is just so frustrating isn't it! Last time we moved we were supposed to complete mid June but delay after delay meant it was September, I'd packed, unpacked and repacked so many times thinking I was being so organised but I think I'd propbably just have been better off having a huge turf out a few weeks before and then packing in 2 days.
Will you need to do any decorating or work in the new place?
Enjoy your listing, I've given up selling via there, make far more profit from local FB groups and it's normally gone in a few days with no parcelling up! I do have plans for a few bootsales this year to get rid of all the bitty stuff, it would normally go to charity but my mortgage is more worthy at the moment."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. Thanks Pooky, I have packed a few boxes, I just keep going round clearing the odd drawer here and there and then cleaning the drawer etc. There won't be much decorating to do once I move, I will want to replace the bath and shower, then there might be bits and pieces to tidy up but generally it's very liveable in
I have just been playing around with the mortgage calculator for my new mortgage, it's quite scary to see big figures on there again as my current mortgage is almost non-existant.
I've never tried fb selling pages, I don't use ebay very often these days either, and I may have a few bits to box up for a car boot later in the year when the weather has improved.Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
