Therefore, unless you police the roads to saturation level and make people behave all the time, or up the number of unmarked vehicles significantly, you are unlikely to make a significant dent in occurrences of dangerous driving.
They could make all Motability cars look like liveried police cars (obviously without working sirens & lights). By the time you could tell the difference you'd already be driving safely!
From the other thread, all those "life-choice disabled" bods would then be contributing back by making the roads safer wherever they went
