Thanks for pm Haribo (()), just got back from post office feeling ok at the minute the fresh air must have done some good.dlb,
So sorry to hear you are feeling bad, hugs to you, sorry if I am being nosy, but why won't your mum let you see your dad ? is there no way you can meet him privatley ?
Sue
My dad used to come and still visit us but if my mum found out she would call the police on my dad and start huge violent arguments with him. My dad just decided to go for the quite life and so very rarely comes up to see us any more, i think iv seen him once in the past year. It does hurt but i am so happy here with my dh and the 4 kids that iv got over the hurt and now know it is for the best for me,dh and the kids to have no contact.
I did think of going to his work tommorow as my sister has told me it is his saturday to work but he would then be late home and my mum would throw a fit wanting to know where he has been. And i dont want him to get in a fight on his 60th birthday.
Thats only the tip of the iceberg to the story really but you get the idea.
Right off to prepare tea whilst im feeling a little better.
Donna
xxProud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -
dlb keep drinking fluids. Flat lemonade helps as well.
Tiredmum Whereabouts down below? It could be appendix. Hugs to both of you. You both sound awful.
Curly Benny is my dog. He's a little maltese/silky terrier & very cute.
Haribo I bet your legs are whiter than mine.
MoneyBunny :T Well done.
We've had our tea. Stayed outside a bit too long [STRIKE]gossiping[/STRIKE] talking to our neighbours. They only come over and use their house every few weeks except they come most weekends now that the weather's warmer. It's their holiday home. She would be late sixties, rather plumpish, short and dresses differently.Last Saturday night they went out. When they got home I was reading my hovel book with the lamp on. I turned it off & pressed my face up to the window to see what she had on.
They had a light on over their steps.
I wasn't dissappointed.Crushed velvet v v tight pants (pale pink) with g- string  with boob tube top & big heels. They've gone out tonight as well. Might read later on.
*I really need to get a life*. ByeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -

Its a huge and long story LOL Arnt they always, but it stems from the fact that i adopted my nephew when he was only 18 months old ( hes now 10) and my mum then wanting him to live with her, she has made storys up about me, tried to split me and dh up, reported me to the social services the list is endless.

Morning all...............(((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))) if you need one.............
What a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went into my bank account this morning and I have been paid 5 weeks back payments on Attendance Allowence for OH....... how brilliant is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????? We had a letter this week saying they had recieved the claim and if we had heard nothing to ring after 22nd Novemeber............and this morning, there it is......cannot tell you how pleased I am. It is always a worry when OH goes out on his own, most of the time I am with him, but this will help our financial situation quite a bit........and it will not affect our Housing and Council Tax benefit at all YAY!!!
We have decided to do something really rash and go out for a meal tonight, just to the local pub, 2 for £10..........as you know I cook from scratch all the time becuase we do not have much choice, this extra cash means that we can have a treat now and again!!!!!
Dull and cold this morning, I am off to see my friend this afternoon for an hour OH will do the supper, he has just gone to get some rolls for lunch.....beefburger and salad, I am starving for some reason...........
Have not read the thread, will go back and do it now......cheers............Was 13st 8 lbs,Now 12st 11 Lost 10 1/4lbs since I started on my diet.0 -

Good news ~ the powers that be have done a u~turn and givven us an O/S weight loss htread!
Hi frogga,
Glad that you're pleased about the new thread. I don't think that the board guides have done a u~turn . This issue was beginning to disrupt the OS board and we as board guides have done what we always try to do, ie accomodate all MSE members on the board.

I've just had a toothless hag (sorry but there is no other way to describe her) at my door trying to flog me microfibre cloths.
I did buy some scourers cos they were the cheapest but OH will kill me as now she will be back. Stiil it's better than having a curse on me and mine if I had refused.0 -
Morning All (Just)
Was up and out early this morning, went to the swimming baths with dd. It is absolutely chucking it down here. I dont when we got most wet in the bath or walking across the park. DD was very good and sat in the buggy which very rare these days so she was nice and dry.
Theres a big pan of lamb stew in the fridge which I'm going to walm for lunch for both of us. This afternoon its cleaning time and later its continuing with decluttering in my bedroom.
Have a good day everyoneSorting my life out one day at a time0 -
Kyle I don't believe you.
I shall wait until Tired Mum comes on and tells us where exactly she squeezed. I thought you were fly ladying today anyway.
You don't have time to snigger.
