Hi All,
Eagerly reading for more tips each day as its now 1 month and counting.
Question for anyone who uses MyVegas,
I am really keen to book the CDS show Love (Beatles)
I have seen there is a reward for a BOGOF companion ticket and VIP companion.
I have never redeemed a My Vegas reward so wondered if someone can talk me through the process.
Especially if I book the Theatre reward. Will just get a code to enter on the booking page for a free ticket?
As for other rewards, buffets or drinks etc is it the same process, youll claim and get emailed some kind of voucher?
thanks in advance,
James0 -

hi
and im sure you are (or will be ) getitng excited about your trip.In regards redeeming a reward( we have only done buffet rewards-rollercoast at ny ny and the $50 freeplay rewards to be fair) if you want one of the rewards you click on the reward you want and put in your details ( name and email) and then click to go next i think and then you ll get an email with a code You ll need to write the code down(as well as other codes for other rewards as well) for example the reward-mgm buffet- 01312MG123
Though in thinking if you can access your email in the hotel that ll also work.
anyhow you need an Mlife card (free card in any of the Mlife properities).its easy to get one , think you need i.d, and bingo they give you an mlife card
anyhow for example you have a 241 mgm buffet , you ll go to the Mlife desk at the mgm, say you wanna redeem the 241 biffet and tell them the code. they then type things into there computer, you give them your card, then get it back and well you go to the buffet and tell them you are redeeming the 241 buffet, hand them your Mlife card. they swip it and bingo you get 241 buffet!!
sorry for the long winded answer, i hope this helps some
kind regards0 -
I've never booked BOGOF show thickets through MyVegas as always had LP enough to book individual tickets. Anyway you used to be able to book individual tickets online ( I don't know about BOGOF tickets) and I booked two shows for my trip in November online, they then removed the online facility on the confirmation email from MyVegas and said you had to phone them to book, however I posted a link above that still allows you to book online still, I used this for my third show ticket, I booked that a couple of weeks back.0

How do people keep their Total Reward Credits from expiring?
Seem to remember reading there is a way by visiting a Alea Casino,or if someone can suggest a easier way I would appreciate it.
Thx0 -

The PH buffet is really nice, and not the queues of Paris. I've stayed in the Linq back when it was the Imperial Palace and I gather they haven't updated the bedrooms that much...
I stayed at The Linq last year and the rooms (well the room I was in) were very good and had been updated.0 -
Thanks everyone. PH is what I went for. Great room, directly opposite Cosmo/crystals with a fountain view (just)0

I use https://www.totalrewardsmarketplace.com/?pkey=DBG
and purchase something from https://www.aliexpress.com via this. A phone cable or something small suffices and you've another 6mths sorted0 -
Hi all, I have been reading through this thread and taking lots of notes and advice from the posts. Thank you.
I plan on going to Vegas for my 30th with my wife in May / June next year.
This will be my first visit and probably my only for at least several years so I am really loooking to make the most of it.
I like the idea of staying in two separate hotels and experiencing a difference.
Which two hotels would you guys recommend as a first time. I'm looking at going for 5 nights?
Thanks0 -

Without giving us a bit more info on likes and dislikes, preferences on which area of Vegas, and most importantly cost that is a "how long is a piece of string" question.
Plus imho 5 nights is very short for a first time visit.0
