£1 Hoxton hotel rooms
Comments
-
If for any reason someone cannot use their room, well you probably guessed0
-
I've just had a tel call from The Hoxton about my inadvertant double booking of 2 rooms for £1
I had already e mailed the hotel, but they appeared to be calling me without having accessed this. I explained that I had not realised I had booked two rooms, and she happily cancelled one of them
I got the impression that I was not the only one she was calling by any means, so hopefully anyone else who has mistakenly ended up with more than 1 room won't have any problems0 -
One at £1, one at £29
Need the cheapest way to get from Luton Airport to the Hoxton...0 -
Well done to all who got a room!
On another note - why has this thread all of a sudden become a mixture of sour grapes and desperado's trying to bid for others' rooms??!0 -

http://www.tfl.gov.uk/home.aspx is a good website for telling you how to get from a 2 b in the quickest way. How much your ticket(s) cost will depend on what time you leave and return etc, but its a good starting pointI'm a nutter :j0 -
If anyone has rooms they want to sell for wahtever reason, for October 27th & 28th, please PM me.
Thanks.0 -

Looks like train from Luton to Kings Cross then tube from Kings Cross tube station to Old Street0 -
I managed to get Dec 21st for £1 and Dec 22nd for £29.
I rang them to see if i could stay in the same room, and they said yes.
I managed to get tickets for Harrods for my daughter so we get a weekend away and a visit to santa all for £30.

KILTY,
take at look at easybus.co.uk they go direct from luton airport (a few yards outside the main terminal)to london victoria(coach station i presume) and run every 15-30 mins , if i remember correctly they also stop at baker street and a few other stops in london too. fares start if you book early enough from £2 single then you just pay a few quid for your tube fare.
HINT if you are also returning to luton airport book it as 2 separate singles as it normally works out cheaper.
they are by no means luxuary coaches, in fact just glorified minibuses, but will still get you into london in about 70 min. and could possibly save you 20-25 quid.
hope this helps0 -

And when it is time to reserve use the HTML link
Thanks so much. Thought I did not get one as it kept crashing at the reserve page. However I checked my e-mail and I did get a £1.00 room after all. My daughter got a £29.00 room for a different date and when she checked her e-mails it appears she got a £1.00 aswell. Anybody any idea what she should do as obviously she ony wants the £1.00 one!!0
