I tried for about 20 minutes and then thought the cost of the stress I was feeling trying to get a £1 room was probably more than the cost of a hotel room..!0

Bad luck if you didn't get a £1 room at the Hoxton hotel. You can get book the hotel at TubeHotels - this is a price comparison site so should find you a good price.

Tried several times to book and it kept crashing on the reservation page, turns out some of them went through and got 3 rooms at £29! Managed to cancel 2 as I only wanted one, they totally understood that it was an error and haven't charged me for the 2 I cancelled. Could hardly blame me for their system crashing out.0

anyone can tell me if their credit card payment had gone through yet? as they rang me up and said i got double booking, but I only got 1 e-mail gone through. so i want to double check if i had double book other dates as well....0

I also tried several times to book rooms. I booked a 29£ one on October and I will be there and stay at the Hoxton. But, unfortunately, I also booked another 29£ one and i entered the wrong month... November the 29th instead of Octobre the 29th... I called the hotel and they told me they can't do anything. After a few talks, the lady told me I could eventually change the name on the reservation. Anyone interested ?0
