Just dropping in for a quick check.Still on my healthy diet, all home cooked meals just smaller portions and awash with tea.Don't get me wrong I like tea only I've never drunk so much.I don't like lo cal drinks and water or coffee so tea it is.I've never been overweight before but hitting my forties seems to have slowed my system down.Oh that an inordinate love of beer but I'm working on the basic diet, put less in your gob and move about more!I'll let you know how I'm doing week by week.:D"Sometimes life sucks....but the alternative is unacceptable."0

Afternoon guys,
Just had some really shocking news up at the school gates. One of the mothers who was a rather large lady , died on News Years Day. She was only 34, a year younger than me and I think it was a heart attack. She leaves behind 3 children. I feel sick. Those poor poor children.Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Frogga that's dreadful. My blood ran cold when I read your post. My greatest fear is leaving my kids, not because of an illness that I had no control over, but because I lacked the strength to fight 'this thing', whatever it is. How very sad.

Yes it is auful. I can't stop thinking about it. I hardly knew her , and we only spoke once or twice. She was very overweight, that was obvious, but I am stunned that she was younger than me. It has really made me think this evening..........there but for the grace of God.............Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Evening all :hello:
Not been to bad today, food as planned except for the bag of mini cheddars at afternoon break, after this mornings mouldy fruit I somehow didn't fancy fruit:o
Tea was egg, SW chips and beans. I was home early and dry as OH's shift was changed at the last minute so he's at home and picked me up from the stationI'm hoping I don't have much else tonight, I might have a biscuit in a bit, perhaps if I plan to have one I won't go mad and eat the packet:doh:
Nice to see you back MrsM :j
Meanmarie - we've stil got some christmas cake left but I'm hoping OH will polish that off  He needs to put weight ON!
:hello: to all the newbies and regulars
See you tomorrow :A0 -

Today i think I have been really good, although I have to admit, I havent felt very hungry.
Slept very badly last night, so, wehn I got up this morning, I felt (and looked), like a zombie, so, I just had a latte.
Was very busy at work, so, didnt have time to be hungry, but, when I did stop for lunch, I had 2 slices of HM bread with low fat marg, and 2 tangerines, then for dinner, I had a bowl of HM lentil soup & 2 slices of HM bread again with lo fat spead.
When I came home from work this afternoon, I did feel a bit peckish then, and was looking for a bit of chocolate, so, I had a low fat hot chocolate drink, and 2 cubes of fudge:o .
