    Well Done Taplady and MrsM.

I've put on 3lb and I've still got another 3 parties next week!

However, I did make sure I got my 5 fruit and veg last night, it was just covered in chocolate:D - the chocolate fountain was great!

Hope everyone's feeling better who's poorly and everyone has a good day

    Morning All,

Got lots done yesterday , but still got lots of stuff to do today. The bin men come today so going to have a look round to see if there is anything I can chuck!!;)

Looking forward to starting myself back on the right road again on Tuesday. Will wait until tue morning before I weigh myself as I rekon I've put on at least 6 stone and don't want to depress myself before I am prepared to do something about it!:D

The TV is swamped with exercise videos at the mo but they are not for me. I have borrowed them from other family members and friends before but I really hate doing them. I rekon my 10 mile a day bike ride to work and back will be good enough exercise don't you?:D

I also think I would like to grow some veggies but I'm reluctant. My gared in my paradise BUT it's all flowers and there isn't really a bed I want to change into veggies. I think it would look odd  Perhaps some tubs would be ok , but I'll need some advice please on what to grow and when to sow and what size tubs , anyone? ;)

    Morning everyone

Had my potter out this morning, got some more of my store bits... including 20 bags of bread flour lol...which will save us loads...

OddjobKIA... My dad stayed at home with me from when i was born as he was too poorly to work.. mum was home with the older 4 but went back to work after me.. but i remember so many things from spending time with my dad.... im sure your little ones will love it - although in the 70s it was a little more unusual :-).... and i think i have a much stronger temprement/nature because of it too..

    Woohoo frogga

I grow all my veggies in containers... with it being army housing, if i dig up the garden its fine, but then i will have to put it back as it was before we move...sot tubs it is!!! its a doddle.... and when i was in suffolk i got the most amazing crops... lots of sun down there. Im sure you will be fine.. i use all shapes n sizes of tubs-just whack plenty of holes in the bottom and drainage under the compost and you will well away...

Just had a ham n mustard sandwich for lunch and dinner is salad with prawns and new potatoes mmmmmmmm
I may partake of a bit of xmas pud later - we haven't bothered yet.... and as they are my fave food in the whole wide world (yes, even higher up than avocado) and since mum got 2... costing £5 each...arghhhhh i may have to have a ickle bit :-)....

Im not sure if i mentioned earlier -one of my xmas pressies, it was a lovely photo album with piccies from our holiday in Kefalonia back in June....OH MY GOD... i usually avoid cameras like the plague... but my brother got some sneaky ones :-(.... Trust me...what i saw in that album is not something anyone should have to face on xmas morning... which may explain my restraint with food over the festive period lol....... still, when my resolve weakens i will make myself look in there..and that should pull me back in line..
I know i have lost the 3st 8lbs since then, but even so ARGHHHHHH

Well ladies -and gentleman..i will get off now, and will try and pop back later... have a good one everyone :-)

    Thanks Taplady

I have to say i have never been so shocked in my life... i mean im under no illusion as to how big i am..but its not very often you actually have to see it all at once lol
Its safe to say that the album will not be getting shown around :-)... still as you say -hopefully by next xmas it will all be a distant memory.
I would stick on of the pics on the fridge door -but then hubby would not get fed as i wouldn't even want to go in the Kitchen if it was in there .....

color="Purple">rockie4 <font color="Black">thanks too for your good wishes, I would love my man to be from Mars...I was an astronomer once (well, for 6 or so years), so our discussions would have been even more interesting than they actually were! quote]
My OH is an (amateur) astronomer! We have a 10" Dobsonian which lives in the living room  My subject is geology so I always say he has his head in the clouds while I have my feet on the ground :rotfl:I'll not bore everyone with what I've eaten today, enough to say I have well and truly fallen off the wagon  DD and grandkids turned up with a huge box of chocolates for me, I'd been up since 6.30am cooking and cleaning and was feeling a bit miffed that OH hadn't fallen out of bed until 9.30  so my eating today is of the emotional kind :oHopefully tomorrow will be a better day. See you tomorrow ladies :A
