Evening!
Rockie - hope your leg feels better
Have been to weigh in tonight and lost a pound:j thats the pound I put on last week!:D so am 2 pounds off my target, making me the lightest I've been in years.:A we are having a weigh in next week on the day after boxing day so I dont expect to stay like this for long!
Catch you tomorrow evening as I'm on an early shift tomorrow
TTFN xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
The custard creams are all gone so no more scoffing them for me tonight. I might have the last tiny slice of chocolate log tho as I'm feeling peckish and have been pretty good all day. Back to the mucking out tomorrow and friday so that'll be a bit of exercise for me before the end of the week. I'm still snuffling with cold tho so could take me twice as long as it should. Going to make some soup tomorrow as we have loads of tomatoes that are about to turn mushy and now if I can make to much I can put it in our shinny new freezer (mums early christmas present from her OH) :T Its already been stocked with yummy christmas food, including the turkey. Oh and a big bag of corn on the cob which isn't gonna last long cos the bit i had tonight was yummy!I'm through accepting limits'Cuz someone says they're soSome things I cannot changeBut till I try, I'll never know!0

Well yesterday wasn't brilliant as I had to stay on later at work - and not having a packed lunch meant i had rubbish from the vending machine at lunchtime.
breakfast - porridge and satsuma
lunch - creamy pasta thing and mint aero
dinner - homemade veggie thai green curry with quinoa and basmati rice
muller lite yoghurt
Not too terrible but could have done without the aero! An improvement on a family pack of revels though.

Well have run out of almost everything now - just teabags, milk and porridge left. Have prawns and mince too but not much to go with it as OH won't have too much carbs (so no rice, pasta etc )
Ran out of gas on the gas card tooso have been freezing the last two days
So it'll be off to mahem food shops at lunch time then

Morning ladies :snow_laug
I feel fine this morning, leg is a bit sore but nothing that a couple of paracetamol can't cure. Exercise is seriously curtailed for the next few days though  no swimming and I don't want to walk very far.
Last night I made some tea - tesco's spinach and ricotta sausages from the freezer - YUK  they were disgusting, even OH didn't like them so I just had wedges and sprouts........followed by 2 mince pies and a cinnamon and raisin muffin (that's fruit isn't it??????) Then A slice of toast at suppertime.
Today I've had toast and marmalade, just had a banana and another muffin (starving today) Lunch will be something from the refectory (possibly a jacket spud) and tea will be something at Sainsbugs (probably another jacket) as we are going straight up to see grandaughter in a dancing show
Happily I've been paid today - a week early so it has to last 5 weeks :rotfl: not much chance of that!!
Hope everyone is well :A I will WI tomorrow but will be exctatic if I stay the same
See you later! :xmastree:0 -
Thought I would weigh in and see what I have gained, mince pies etc.
However I have stayed the same and that is excellent.
Bought a whole box of gorgeous oranges, so we are munching those at the moment
DD1 still very tired from her pneumonia, but is improving.
DD2 will be travelling back from France at the weekend.
We are enjoying having nephew and partner stay with us, even though I have been in the kitchen more!
Off this evening to raise money for the Red Cross, ringing handbells at the station.
Still presents to buy...0 -

AAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
Thanks feel better now.
Shopping done. Forgot a couple of things - don't care!!Nightmare in sainsbugs. Lady on the checkout reckons today is the best day to get it done as it will be busy and then things will run out.
Also - sainsbugs lady says they don't reduce loads of stuff on the Monday - maybe carrots and sprouts - but one year they had so many turkeys over and reduced that now they just order a smaller amount and when they're gone, it's toughSo shan't bother trekking to Sainsbugs on Monday then (may do Lidl as it's just down the road though)
