    What a good thread!

I really need some motivation to sort out my crap eating habits. It doesn't help that I am preggers (21 weeks) and it's so cold all I feel like doing is watching dvds and eating cake lol. I was going for it in the gym and swimming every day for a month, then found out I was pregnant so the exercise has fallen by the wayside a bit. I was 12 1/2 stone then so expect I am 13 stone now.

Really want to make sure I don't put on about 4 stone while pregnant as I will feel so awful, but I keep eating!

    Yesterday's food:

breakfast: porridge and banana (looking good!)

lunch: mash potatoes, sprouts, carrots, peas and gravy (still pretty good)

mid afternoon snackeroonies: feast ice lolly, a beer (oh dear)

dinner: absolutely massive bowl of pasta with tomato and marscapone sauce.

    Today:

Breakfast: banana and porridge (start over!)

lunch: 2 fried eggs, aunt bessies roast potatoes.

blowout: 2 slices french bread with loads of butter and cheese, family pack of revels and 2 big glasses of milk (feel sick now)

I've just felt lazy and cold the last couple of days and just eaten crap as a result. And hardly any protein, which I have to be careful about being a pregnant veggie.

I shall use this thread as a way to be mindful of my eating, and post my diet/recipes every day. :D

    Tomorrow... quinoa and tofu.

    No cake!

JoJoB - welcome *passes cake* :) Frogga - glad it went well with your Dad. Newlywed - 3000?? That's a LOT of posts! Everyone else *waves* Wish OH would sort out this bl**dy 'puter!Went for a swim at lunchtime then bought a buttie on the way back - just salad but it was HUGE! Ate the potatoes I'd brought (I love cold spuds) then had a glagg of wine with my mate who's leaving after work - resisted the curry and came home to a jacket spud, mushrooms and a bit of cheese followed by a yoghurt.See you tomorrow girls!
