Ernie was good to the household this morning and I'm £75 better off - also sold £119 worth of things on Ebay. So I'm off to a good start. I'll be house-sitting this weekend. All the dog walking and house-sitting money goes straight into the savings pot and February bookings are looking good - so that's great. Hopefully will have time to load up more on Ebay and I hope to sell one of my guitars on Facebook. Haven't tried that before so wish me luck. I'll report back on how I get on.
All the best for now and great result so far.0 -
Finally got round to calculating my numbers!
Moved house so still trying to get all my bank accounts and monthly savers in place.
Day off todays allowed me to work out exactly what bills I'll have and money to save. Hopefully monthly savers will be set up soon so i can save the £500+ i need to hit my target.
Declared £442.93 for January. Good start but must do better!Save 12K in 2017 - #47 - £6208.93/ £7,000 (88.69%)0 -

Hi all, a little bit of a disappointing start to the year with £227.14 to declare for January.
Number 1420 -
#70 declaring total for January as £1206.32...pleased with that, was hoping for a little more but it is 206.32 over my 1k per month target, so its a good start, and will give me a bit of a buffer. Got a big expense in Feb with having to get a new fence and there's 70ft to do - £1400:eek:, so that's going to have some impact - how much will depend on how much I can cut back on my day to day budget this month!
Anyway - well done everyone!#70 12k in 2017:2408.28/12000
