It says I have won a box set and it gives me a code to show to my waiter but no idea what this is, please advise!

Yes I have got an email but it does not ask you for anything but in the T&C it says you have to respond with 15 days or you lose it! Confusing..

Just tried my luck and says I can have two goes tomorrow.

I got a pop up telling me I'd won a home cinema system, followed by 12 emails telling me I'd won every prize. Went from euphoria to thinking that maybe something wasn't right.
All the prizes show on my online account, but only one has a claim code.
Will be bitterly disappointed if I haven't actually won anything, not least as it comes the same day my DD was increased £37!

I had the same - obviously haven't won everything but wonder what they are going to do about it? I also won a "box set" with a code to show to waiter - what is this??

Found it Malc...........but it isn't obvious how to get to it when you are logged in....whereas BEFORE I log in it's on the front page!!
All I am getting is more entries into the draw for £1500 ..oh well

I look forward to the unveiling of some more competitive retention tariffs next week!:j

Congrats on your win and, yes, please reply. You'll have received an on-screen message telling you of the win and an email to the address associated with the entry. Please reply to this within 15 working days of the email date to confirm your account number and acceptance of the prize.

The best for me would be E.on to offer me a really good retention deal. This would mean more to me than gimmicks.
