Hello all. Just a quick update about last Friday's problems with our Spin the Wheel game.

The competition is run by a third party on our behalf. This company is responsible for the game and they had a server change which caused the wrong emails to be sent. The issue was put right immediately and an investigation is underway to find out what went wrong.

As this was their mistake, they’re contacting each affected person directly to apologise. This will be by email and they'll offer a £20 Amazon gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

Hello mike33 and just to confirm, version 21 of your tariff was released for sale today. It's on our website now and replaces version 20. If you've signed up to our online Price Alerts service, we'll send you an email within the next 10 days to let you know about this new tariff.

As your current deal has only 7 weeks to run, I suspect you've either just entered or are about to enter the Price Protection window. This is open 49 calendar days before a fixed tariff ends until 20 working days after. During this time and provided we're told, we'll keep you on the cheaper prices whilst a change of supplier goes through. Exit fees also don't apply whilst in this window.

Sorry the wheel was broken again this morning brewerdave. As fredandwilma mention above, all fixed now. Helena reported a problem this morning but not sure what went wrong.
