    right so got an email tonight saying "sorry about the mistake we are going to send a £20 Amazon voucher" which in my mind is to do with the 12 emails which were obviously an error but what about the home cinema which came up as a pop up when the wheel stopped on it??

    I am on [FONT=&quot]E.ON Energy Fixed 1 Year v19 which ends in 7 weeks time and just phoned them and they said there is a version 21 tarriff coming out tomorrow so see what that brings but if not any good might be moving-we will see.[/FONT]
