Bob - £100 free money - yay
Apple - well done on your extra income.
We shouldn't be spending any money today. My plan for today is to make a double batch of chilli, one for tea, one for the freezer, bake bread rolls for kids lunch boxes this week, wrap some presents, washing (will have to go in drier though), running and working.
DD has Christmas jumper day today so I suppose I have spent £1 on that.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Evening everybody!
Good day today using up leftovers for lunch. Not taking cash with me to work is definitely helping me resist temptation...
Today = NSD number 9
Seasidegal58 I'll try and get to see it before it disappears off the cinema... I love Harry Potter!!!
Brought home that market research things so am going to see if it's any good. I have tried surveys before but for some reason I always seemed to be excluded from the criteria for some reason.
Have a good evening all!⭐ DEBT FREE : 18/02/2025 ⭐

Just the two of us today. Had a lovely walk and a few drinks in the pub. Fabulous pork chops from the local butcher which were ridiculously cheap compared to the supermarket. Posted my overseas cards. Will do the others when I get home on Saturday. Having such a lovely time. Hope you are all well.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

Yesterday and today were both NSDs. Otherwise sewing and sleeping. Lots to be grateful for.
Grateful for having more needles - thought the second one was doing okay, it's broken in the pin cushion (a pin hedgehog). My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
Today wasn't a NSD after all, spent £6 on a car wash. Has been desperately needed for about 6 weeks, my once white car was brownish black! Other than that, no spends0

Hi everyone
Up to 8 sfd now. Cleaned upstairs this morning and then went a walk to the doctors to pick up a prescription, dropped that in at the chemists then went home. I will walk back to the chemists tomorrow afternoon after I've done my usual babysitting in the morning, she's not a baby she's nearly 4 now.
Not much else has happened which is how I like it

Hi everyone
Sorry I'm not checking in as regularly as I should be - it's a combination of my being utterly exhausted and my anxiety rearing its head again. Work has been nothing short of horrendous the past few weeks but finally the end is in sight - I'm desperate for a good sleep but have insomnia at the moment so no hope at all.
Good news is that I'm all done and dusted for Christmas just about. Shopping is finished, just a little bit of wrapping to do and a tiny bit of crafting. Thankfully I have a week running up to Christmas to get that finished though...Not giving up

Another NSD for me! :j
Not so much my OH... who went on a trip to Harry Potter World. Had to lend him some money to get petrol (though his passengers were going to contribute), plus he needs to pay insurance. I say lend... I shan't see it back.
I made him some pasties as they let you take your own food and what they have there is a bit steep. Apparently, he thought they were so nice, he thought he'd better not eat them all so we could have some tomorrow, and got himself some chips on the way home. I'm assuming he was 'up' on the petrol contributions to justify that... but still... he knows our situation.
...and then left the paper on the floor for me to pick up.
Heeeelp!!!Keep reading books!
