Wilroda - I'm another aquafit convert, at my size I was v. self conscious when first went but haven't missed a session in almost 10 weeks now! I struggle with the gym as have always had weak knees but due to low impact of aquafit I don't suffer either.Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j0 -
Hello peeps, sorry I've not been posting for the last few days, been busy what with work, and life in general.
I've had a gain of 0.6lb this week. I'm back up to 229 lb.
Really need to get it going back in the right direction, especially after my fish and chips last night:o
Just waiting for my jacket spud and beans to cook for my dinner. I made some carrot & coriander soup last night and took it to work for my lunch. I spiced it up with some paprika and cumin & it was gorgeous!

Hi Peeps
Well done julesgr SOTW :T and efrieze for doing the chart  ...
...Re the new chart, as Suggs was kind enough to do it without prompting this time, may I suggest that we wait until he comes back today/tomorrow? Also, to take the weight off the chart compiler's shoulders, the link at the start of the thread to the current chart can always be amended each week by whoever starts the thread. I'm quite prepared to start the next but one thread but only if Suggs doesn't want to, so thanks delly for thinking of mebut I think our champion loser deserves another one at least :j . BTW, purely out of interest, what are the rules on when a new thread starts? I've seen other threads go into the hundreds
Is it to do with the length of time that it takes to load for dial up users
That all said, I'm willing to take my turn as above (I shall have to bring my creative talents to the fore :rotfl: I've got to find them first
)...
...ajax You an MCR fan? ...
...KPC and beanie Thanks for asking about my cardIn view of the somewhat unpleasant task involved, I decided to leave the matter for the lovely and wonderful MrP
to deal with when he got home
He retrieved the pieces of card without incident :j BUT when I went online I couldn't update my details no matter what  so I tried phoning and they said there was a fault on all their systems  I've tried again this morning but to no avail  so I've emailed them instead, I refuse to use thier 0870 No
...
...beanie :j :j Great news re the trike :j :j ...
...Well done jen :j

Morning all - looks like I need to dig the old wagon out of the back of the cupboard where I've stashed it for the last week!
Reporting in with a gain of 1 lb this week - of course I'm blaming it on pure [strike]alcohol[/strike] fluid retention think I was falling into the complacency trap to be honest, and being a bit lazy about what I've been eating.:p (Nothing to do with drinking, honest guv!!!!!!! Believe that you'll believe anything.........!!
SO - back to Day One today!!! I'm off to get porridge from the work restaurant in a mo and will have salad for lunch then hips bums and tums tonight!!!!!!
Congrats to the losers  , efrieze thanks for doing the chart again :T

I made a batch of veg 0 points WW soup last night, 7 for the week, need it in this cold weather, poor kids, it is so freezing here they cannot even go out and play football:eek: so they have been in watching films, oh well at least I am getting some exercise by stripping the house down and doing it again:rotfl: :rotfl: the kids are in fear because anything that is not nailed down is either going in the bin, on ebay or given away to other kids on the street:D they have so much it is hard to get into their bedrooms and xmas is coming soon so a massive clear out is under way:D funny though if I call them they seem to have decided they are deaf and unable to reply because they know what is coming.....hard work:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Thanks Jen - got the recipe.
and of course efrieze for the chart....Re the new chart, as Suggs was kind enough to do it without prompting this time, may I suggest that we wait until he comes back today/tomorrow? Also, to take the weight off the chart compiler's shoulders, the link at the start of the thread to the current chart can always be amended each week by whoever starts the thread. Petrichor - thanks for that. I had suggested you to start the chart as one of our target members, not as a way to snub suggs. I think that the frequent posters should share the responsibility of housekeeping the thread rather than relying on one person to do it all the time (Lois was very kind to do it for us for so long). efreize and I have decided to keep the chart turn about from monthly challenge to monthly challenge so that neither of us gets bored doing it.
As for the length of the thread. I know that we should be starting a new one once we get somewhere over 1000 posts on it, as far as I know, threads that are too long slow down the site. (and we can't be having that now, can we?:money: )Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0
