Thank you dellybelly, for telling me I was on the chart on page 59,and serendisglair, petrichor and bails for explaining the boxes to me. :TIt sounds like fun. I realise now that it was just the first chart that I was missing on. I think I can now say I have lost 3lb this week, being back at home is obviously better for me than tearing around the British Isles eating rubbish.serendisglair I hadn't really thought of adding my weight loss to my signature as it is quite long already but I will try to trim down my signature and add weight loss to it.:T

Not sure whats happened but I feel overloaded with stress and I'm so skint its unreal. Didn't even have the money to go to SW whis week (which is probably just as well!!) I can't explain it but I just want to eat rubbish and healthy food holds no appeal for me at all :(

    Hope everyone is okay :)

Don't ever be too ashamed to come here a1969baby, because it's when these horrible times occur that you need support the most :j :j and don't worry things will pick up :D ...As you can see, quite a few peeps here have had some hard times recently, so you're not alone ;) ...

...serendisglair Just go to User CP then edit signature :D ...

... I've done a stupid thing, my debit card was due to expire at the end of the month. On receipt of the new one I broke the old one up, but now my mobile phone has run out of credit, and before I can register my new card I've got to put my old details in (the 3 number security bit on the back) and now I've got go through the dustbin  not that I'm sure that it's even in there. For stupidity I think that's a 9/10:o :o ...

I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Phew poohbear, I thought I had got rid of you from the chart by accident - but you are definately on the chart and updated, I assure you. And well done on your loss, even if it was in hard circumstances.

ajaxgeezer & petrichor thank you for the encouragement :D

I'm going to do a quick inventory of the cupboards and see if I can do some meal plans for the next couple of days. I'm so apathetic I can't even be bothered to cook, maybe if I do an advance plan it will help a bit :)

ajaxgeezer its not til the 15th of Nov!! Just got to save up the train fares to get there now:j

......aha, I'll take the tickets. Only £15 now though, as yer desperate :D

The cupboard scan is a great tool, I use it myself often. The best thing is that you can discover combinations you'd never put together under other circumstances, and they can be great. Come on!!! Buck up, switch the oven on... you know it makes sense. :)

We're approaching soup season too, so good food can be really cheap.
