Just a thought for people looking for some inspiration and a challenge...
there is an absolutely enormous list of recipies here
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=458838
and I'm sure some of then can be weight-watcher-fied, slimming worldified, cook yeself thinnified or just plain eaten
I was looking for soup recipes but then realised I'd only end up doing what I normally do and chucking in a bit of everything and crossing the fingers!0 -

Sounds like a good idea!! I'll have jacket potatoes with the spicy beans
Just wondered if anyone else on here eats/likes quark??
I really like it on a ryvita or in a jacket potato. Are there any other slightly more exciting things you can do with it?0 -
Quark is great as a base ingredient for quiches (pastry not allowed) or light desserts such as mousses.0

A1969 and katyk, definitely keep logging on - as Petrichor says that's exactly what we're all here for! I'm the queen of falling off the wagon at the mo so feel free to join me in the naughty corner any time and we can give each other a kick up the bum!! (or go out on the lash together!:D)
Wilroda, my main support comes from this thread, it definitely is a godsend! As for the aquafit, yeah definitely give it a try. Hope your legs don't hurt for 2 weeks!
Right, had more to say (you know me, always gabbing on!) but OH is calling me for a shiatsu... :TThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Thanks everyone, and A1969Baby - it really must have been some time we had, can't remember a thing!:D :rotfl:
Only time I have really used quark was as a sort of substitute for cream in a savoury wine sauce over pork, bacon and mushrooms. (Scottish Slimmers recipe). Have never really tried it on it's own - must look into further obviously!0 -
This thread has help me loads, well done everyone and good luck to all those thinking about doing it!0

a1969baby check out this link - some more uses for quark.
