dellybelly that link is excellent, thank you
Well I've been and done my shopping (came to £10.38..a bargain!!) so I've got no excuse now for being a lazy gitif anyone has a co-op near them, the quorn mince and pieces are currently on offer 2 bags for £3.00, I saved £3.16 by buying 4 packs!! Yay!!
I'm off to do some cooking now.. back later
.......while on the subject Morrisons are doing Quorn fillets on BOGOF, meaning two bags for about £1.80. A 300g bag of fillets when cut up (or torn up for that rustic 'pieces' look) is the same as a 300g bag of fillets in ajaxland.

Here is this week's chart. I think a few people are on holiday and some haven't reported their position this week so the chart looks a bit sparse.
Well done to julesgr who is our Slimmer of the week with a 4 lbs loss. Congratulations. There were also a few 3lb losses this week - well done to you guys too. Well done also to Nais, who has achieved the October challenge this week with a week to go.
An apology: I omitted to congratulate Suggs last week on his immense loss of 8lbs! I didn't give him the crown of SOTW (as he is supposed to be a maintainer not losing more than the rest of us put together!) and I only realised afterwards. Suggs, you are fab and you have done amazingly well on your journey (and I am sorry again for omitting to mention your achievement last week)0 -
And dellybelly, I totally agree about moving on to Lose Weight 160

Thanks Efrieze - you're doing a grand job.
I'm really enjoying not having to do it at the moment, which makes me appreciate someone else doing it all the more.
I can't believe it's time for LW16 already, but when we do start it, I suggest that whoever does the chart also starts the thread, as you can then keep the 'current chart' link up to date more easily.
Starting a new thread is very simple - open the 'I wanna buy-it or do-it' forum, then click on the 'New thread' button on the menu bar at the top - give it a title, and then add some text and some links. Feel free to copy and paste the text in the existing opening thread. You can go back and add more information at any point if necessary.
