OK, if that makes you feel better then just keep telling yourself that.

I am not sure if it is just because you are angry right now but if you spoke to people at work the way you are speaking to people on MSE then I am not surprised that your manager has had enough of it because you are coming across as having a bit of an attitude problem.

i think your find its the manager who does not want me not the company and just to let you know this manager is only the manager of the location i worked at not the company its self

But he's the one who decides who gets fired, at that site. That's part of his job. Doesn't matter what you think of his behaviour or performance. He's done his job and the company will support him not you.

" The company" doesn't exist - it's just a big amorphous wibbly-wobbly thing. It doesn't know what you are and cares even less. The only opinion that matters is that of your manager. So the company didn't care and your formermanager doesn't want you. Simples.

And whilst I totally get a few errors on a phone - I make them myself - unintelligible posts is not the phone, it is you. And it is COULD HAVE and SHOULD HAVE. There is no "could of" or "should of". Phones do not make mistakes like that. People do. Do you blame your tools for your mistakes and failings at work too? Because if that is the case, perhaps your manager is fed up of the excuses?

Absolutely, sangie. Poor workmen (so sorry, workers of any and all races, religions, genders, colours, orientations, nationalities, yadda, yadda) always blame their tools/managers/customers.

Tell me, OP, would you put up with poor service from a shop assistant, your mobile phone provider, bank, ISP, your mum? I'm guessing you are not in a position to have to worry about utility providers but feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
  • people are not understanding what i am saying the performance was nothing to do with bullying the bullying is the comments that used to be said to me i am not saying being bullied is when you told your performance is bad thats nothing to do with anything

I don't understand what you are trying to say because you are writing without punctuation and your grammar and spelling are poor.

Perhaps take a breath, sit down and type an outline of your situation and pose your questions in a way that will be more understandable.

Then your specific questions can be considered and addressed.

So, you feel your manager has been unfair and has not followed the correct procedures. As it is a larger company, have you raised your concerns with HR?

    Hi OP

It sounds like you might be quite young, and it might be useful to understand this (which I think some people have said, but perhaps saying it in a different way will help):

It's entirely possible that your manager has been unfair and unkind to you. It may be that if you were in a different location and with a different manager that you'd have done much better, and that this manager just took against you and decided to treat you badly. I completely understand that this might feel very unfair and that they didn't stick to the process they said they'd follow at the end of your probation. And I accept that you felt bullied.

However, what feels unfair, and unkind and mean and unjust is not necessarily unlawful. And that means that managers can get away with all sorts of behaviour without any retribution whatsoever if the company (well, the manager's manager) is happy to let that happen.

What it means for you is that (as everyone else has said) unless you have two years' service, or unless you were dismissed for a small selection of specific reasons (none of which apply to you here it seems) or they breached your contract, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

I totally get why you're p*ssed off about it and angry, but the stark fact is that you can't fix or change it or make it better. So once you've got that anger out of your system, channel your energy into getting a new job. Your colleagues obviously liked you and thought you had something to offer and were quick to learn, so use that in an interview to sell yourself to another organisation and hope that you get a better manager next time!

    Best of luck. :)

' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".
