I assume here that you are talking about what the "favourite employee" is allowed to get away with?
If it is then it is absolutely none of your business what they do and if you have been moaning about it at work then the manager may well have decided to terminate your employment purely because they didn't want some one who couldn't accept the situation working there.0 -

All this adds up to in real life is "coulda, woulda, shoulda".
Give it up and move on... and learn from this experience, if you can. You would also be well advised to learn to spell and punctuate before you fill out any application forms. FYI, it's could have, not could of.0 -
on the subject of spelling i am typing from my phone so nothing is going to be perfect this is just going off topic and subject thread might aswell be closed0

One thing that I am failing to understand is that if the manager bullied you so much and it was so awful being targeted then why do you want to continue working there so much??0

Typing on the phone is no reason for not being clear. My previous post was typed on the phone, I managed capitals, punctuation and paragraphs.
All those things help convey the message clearly, you did accuse sangie of not getting it, but it's difficult to get when the message is hampered by bad grammar.
I'm a director, I have a manager at another site. If the manager, who does his job excellently, tells me footeelad91 is not that great, I may think it comes as a surprise because I thought footee was OK, but I've given my manager the job of managing, so that's what I'll let him do. And I can replacee footeelad91 far easier than I can the manager. It's a no-brainer from where I'm sitting.
Please let it go. Get a new job and move on.0 -

You don't lose the ability to use full stops and paragraphs just because you are on your phone.
You obviously have quite poor spelling and grammar skills but perhaps you could look into trying to improve them or asking a friend for help with application forms rather than coming up with excuses for your poor writing?0 -

oh dear....... have you not seen what i have said its the company i want to work for so a different location would of been a better option if the manager is being bad towards me? this company is big so it has loads of locations regardless of what happens now just hope no one esle goes through the same stuff that i did there.0 -

So you do not agree your work was in need of improvement? You blame your dismissal solely on the manager not liking you? That doesn't quite fit with your original post.0 -

As others have already told you, this company doesn't want you. Therefore it is time to move on and forget about it.
As for wanting to make sure no one else goes through the same thing, forget it.0 -
