Quite. Class war has nothing to do with "fairness". And in an ideal world ( or my idea of that) people will still get sacked! Doing the job as the employer wants it done is required in any world. Maybe this employer can overlook a bit of lateness if the person who is late is great at the job. There's always give and take. But the OP didn't get to decide these things until they become the employer.
In my ideal world nobody would be sacked, they would just be redeployed.
Potentially redeployed to the salt mines, admittedly.0 -

The trouble is, that you won't see your overall performance clearly. That isn't picking on you, none of us ever have an impartial view of how we work.
I had a driver that complained how he was treated unfairly blah blah. No matter how often we tried to explain that if only he did x and y like the rest of the drivers,
he'd be in a far better place with the management, he never got it, never saw what outsiders saw.ScorpiondeRooftrouser wrote: »In my ideal world nobody would be sacked, they would just be redeployed.

That made me laugh, I know the feeling some days:D0 -

It's irrelevant because employers are not obliged to treat employees fairly, whether solo or as part of a team.0 -

Feel free to share, this isn't pre-school.
But similar to the thread about landlord inspections I suspect you'll just not respond further.0 -

right if nothing can be done my question is can something be done about the manger example if you have problems you go to your manger just like they have a manger i also have proof from other people that saw it aswell and noticed the treatment being done surely the manger can be investigated?0

For what?
Listen I'll make it simple.
Let's say I'm the owner of the company. I'm your employer.
you come to me and tell me 'bob' wasn't very nice to you. But I like bob, we go drinking together. I'll simply tell you to go away.
Now if there's criminal matters, that's the police's job, but it certainly doesn't sound like that0 -

its not just a case of not being nice its the fact of being targeted pressured bullied among other things regardless if so and so likes so and so the manger cant be allowed to get away with that if i had done something wrong at work i would be punished or investigated just like my manger can be there is no way the manger is untouchable something can be done0
