its not just a case of not being nice its the fact of being targeted pressured bullied among other things regardless if so and so likes so and so the manger cant be allowed to get away with that if i had done something wrong at work i would be punished or investigated just like my manger can be there is no way the manger is untouchable something can be done

But it's my company, and bob is my friend.

I don't care that he bullied you, (unless he bullied you because of any of the protected characteristics).

He may or may not be untouchable, but he is untouchable by you. Carp flows downwards.

In my example I prefer bob to you, so you're out of luck

Please learn to spell manager. Mangers make me think of Christmas and it's too early for that.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Give it up now. No, there is absolutely nothing you can do that won't dig you a deeper hole. Especially since you can't have been " bullied" - by your own statement, the manager wasn't even there!

Your performance wasn't up to standard. It happens. Get over it. Dismissing someone for poor performance isn't bullying, it is good management, and the manager is more likely to get a medal from the employer than be punished.

OP - you sound like you need to start your own business. That way you can run it how you like and be as fair as you like.

You can put in a formal complaint at the company and they are free to do with that what they wish. I very much suspect they'll just see this as a recently fired employee causing trouble and do nothing but you are free to try. Besides this there is nothing you can do unless he has broken the law.

But, just to add to this, whilst you can do this, you should also expect your reference to get just that bit worse. Something along the lines of "footeelad91 was employed by us between this date and that date, during which time he showed little capability in his work and was dismissed for poor performance. After which he started making wild accusations about his manager being a bully and demanding investigations. We wouldn't employ him again if he paid us". Truthful reference - and yes OP, they could say this before you ask.

right okay you need to be corrected on a few things here first of all the manager was not in for one week my probation meeting quite clearly said i would have a final review next week my manager came back from a week off without even seeing me so how could it be a performance issue they could not even see me so they would have to make it up? and if you read what i had said before they had not even seen my performance since the last meeting to even see if i had improved it was nothing to do with performance but my progress or how well i had done they were never brought up? the manager has also signed for me and has said witness was in the meeting that was not even there that is fraud signing for another person is it not?

The first refuge of poor performers is to accuse the manager of bullying. There is a considerable difference between actual bullying and trying to get a poor performer to understand what they need to do to get up to scratch.
  • people are not understanding what i am saying the performance was nothing to do with bullying the bullying is the comments that used to be said to me i am not saying being bullied is when you told your performance is bad thats nothing to do with anything

right okay you need to be corrected on a few things here first of all the manager was not in for one week my probation meeting - it doesn't matter. quite clearly said i would have a final review next week - irrelevant my manager came back from a week off without even seeing me so how could it be a performance issue - Doesn't matter, it could be because he doesn't like you they could not even see me so they would have to make it up? - it could be because you support everton and they support Liverpool and if you read what i had said before they had not even seen my performance since the last meeting to even see if i had improved it was nothing to do with performance but my progress or how well i had done they were never brought up? the manager has also signed for me and has said witness was in the meeting that was not even there that is fraud signing for another person is it not?
