A manager does not be need to be present to know what your performance is. I am currently off sick and I know the performance of every member of my staff! I would think that by this point you will know where you stand. Can I suggest channelling your energy into looking for another job?
Would you really be happy to work there now if what you say is true?
Look on it as an early escape, you could have been stuck unhappy for years taking carp from a manger (sorry couldn't resist that one) and sly digs while getting stressed about it.
In twelve months you might look back and see it as the best thing thats happened to you. Have a moan, get upset a little, then turn a new leaf and move on. Think about what's the best outcome for you in the long term, where do you see yourself in five years? Set a target and go for it, your young, enthusiastic, hardworking, etc, you can go where you want to go if you put the effort in.

the only thing i am gutted about is its something i wanted to do long term and i for the time i was there i thought i could of progressed alot of people who had worked with me said for the time i was there i knew alot more and had been given more responsibility then most people after a year i just feel the manager targerterd me bullied me etc if i was at a different location i feel none of this would of been done and i could of progressed0 -
