right okay you need to be corrected on a few things here first of all the manager was not in for one week my probation meeting quite clearly said i would have a final review next week my manager came back from a week off without even seeing me so how could it be a performance issue they could not even see me so they would have to make it up? and if you read what i had said before they had not even seen my performance since the last meeting to even see if i had improved it was nothing to do with performance but my progress or how well i had done they were never brought up? the manager has also signed for me and has said witness was in the meeting that was not even there that is fraud signing for another person is it not?
A manager does not be need to be present to know what your performance is. I am currently off sick and I know the performance of every member of my staff! And no it isn't fraud.

You aren't going to give up, are you? Do what you want. You clearly don't want any advice that you don't agree with so it's a waste of time trying to take the shovel off you.

Let's make it very simple for you.

You can huff and puff and make accusations but it won't change anything

Your employer does not want you anymore

And that is it, End of, Finis, Fin, Finito.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

I would think that by this point you will know where you stand. Can I suggest channelling your energy into looking for another job?

Would you really be happy to work there now if what you say is true?

Look on it as an early escape, you could have been stuck unhappy for years taking carp from a manger (sorry couldn't resist that one) and sly digs while getting stressed about it.

In twelve months you might look back and see it as the best thing thats happened to you. Have a moan, get upset a little, then turn a new leaf and move on. Think about what's the best outcome for you in the long term, where do you see yourself in five years? Set a target and go for it, your young, enthusiastic, hardworking, etc, you can go where you want to go if you put the effort in.

    Good luck.

We need to know what was said to find out if theres a (slim) chance you have a case. Don't want to share then that's it
  • so what people are telling me people are someone at the company can be late without punishment can also get away with having no probation and basically not get 3 months like i did yeah which has basically happended ? that to me is favouritism? why is it one rule for someone esle not to add to the fact the manger said my uniform didnt fit and maybe i should not go for the slim fit option next time? i dont think people are seeing the way i have been treated regardless if its probation or not no one should be treated like that at a work place

    Welcome to the real world.

I think that someone should have told you that life isn't fair before you were old enough to start work.

Out of interest, OP, what was it they asked you to improve upon? Spelling and punctuation, perhaps?

    I thought that too!!
