Afternoon all. Thanks for the list Valli. I am in and before the paid stuff today, I had a quick clean in the LR, hall, bedroom and hobby room, and a quick hoover through.

Only one dog walk today before the rain came down that is still coming down.

Valli THANK YOU so much for stepping in and doing this week's thread. I completely forgot about it as I spent most of yesterday sleeping due to being out all day Saturday gallavanting about And I've literally just said to Dave *OMG the lists!*.. don't know how going to the vets reminded me about lists..lol But thank you once again for stepping in and filling in for me. I shall do two weeks for you next week

I am so sorry if I've worried anybody by not being here... I'm okay honest just a bit overwhelmed with life at the moment. I'm doing so well with my therapy that I am getting to grips with life now, and a life I haven't been connected with for many years. It's scary... But I'm being wary as I don't want to get caught out by Mr BD when I'm not expecting it.

Also for those that have joined the Christmas Card Swap I shall be sending the list out with instructions by the end of the evening

It's been dark and very wet all day here. Dizzy, I do hope your bund holds the water back if there's flooding in your area - it doesn't look too good for tonight. Keep safe and dry.

I have made a bit of progress with my assignment today and am about to do 40 minutes' college prep for tomorrow's lectures before going out to set up for the Old Wives' meeting.

Thanks Valli, welcome la escocesa, and Natty, I'm glad to hear it's because you were having too good a time. You'll re connect with life. I suffered from depression from a young age. I'm mostly ok now, but i do keep an eye out for tell tale signs, although I don't worry about it so much now.

Surfaces are clean, sink is clean and I've put down the ecozone monthly drain thing and replaced the kettle filter and I FINALLY put the shelves up! Bin needs emptying, fridge and cooker need cleaning and table needs clearing.

Gutted. The fridge freezer turned up, they deboxed it - and it was black. Not silver. Apparently the only way I can get the thing I've ordered and paid for is to go back to the shop and reorder it. Not quite sure what that says about curry$ but it's not good, is it?

Your builder, Dizzy. Gotta love them, haven't you? Good on the apprentice turning up, though.

Flippin' 'eck HB you'd think they'd have some sort of protocol in place to correct an error they have clearly made.

Re x-ray - apparently there's some sort of shadow there, but they can't tell enough from the x-ray Mr LW had 2 weeks ago, so he had to go and have another one today. So another 2 weeks waiting on tenterhooks.

Flying - More Cassie hair decluttered. I think I have enough to stuff a cushion, now.

I woke up this morning with resolve. All daily stuff to be done and dusted before I leave for work. I did manage this, but I was ten minutes late for work. Hmmmmmm.

Now I'm just going to tidy the tea things away, and try to do today's level 1 as I go. Then after I've put the children to bed, I'm supposed to be going for a run, but I'm not sure I fancy it in torrential rain. The alternative is helping OH with his accounts. I'm not sure which is worse.
