    Morning all,

    Thinking of Katy-Ann & Foxgloves this morning.
    Clf, hope today goes better
    La E, Great news about your oh's job
    Bob, I've not watched it yet, but my current energy is coming to an end and I'm now able to change without the exit fees. So will definitely watch it. (I am stood here typing this with my scarf on too :) )

    Sorry for not replying to everyone but I've got my youngest home as he came home from school yesterday poorly, so I'm getting a quick post on before I lose the day!

    Today's list
    * Rm survey :)
    * Dishwasher on quick wash :)
    * Radiator shuffle
    * Read martins email and change energy supplier Fixed deal due to end at the end of the yr, swapped and should continue to pay £69 a month rather then £78 that my existing supplier was going to increase it to :)
    * Sort out a picture for my nan's 85th birthday card [STRIKE]Priority[/STRIKE] Sorted and moonp1g card sent using cashback site :)
    * Clean kitchen
    * Make spag bol for tea :)Done and added in mushrooms & carrots from the bottom of the fridge, peas sweetcorn & peppers from the freezer, a musc1efood southern spice mix from the use up box. Should be enough there for at least 3 days :)
    * Check banking/spreadsheets :)
    * Check luckyphone :)
    * Check off sant cc :)
    * Just put the slow cooker on with a butternut squash soup, added in some leftover cooked carrots from sunday lunch, some baby spinach that wasn't looking great and the chicken stock from the weekend :)
    * Parents came to check on little one before they've gone up North, and brought 2 mangoes that were looking sorry for themselves, chopped these up ready for dessert tonight :)
    * Not bothered with contact lenses as only doing the school run today :) its the little things eh!

    If I get anything else done with the little one home I'll be surprised!

    Hope everyone has a good day.

    Morning guys! Thank you for all your wishes! I was back at the maternity unit for another appointment this morning, I'm being induced tomorrow due to babies reduced movements, an equally scary and exciting time! I hope your all OK, thinking about foxgloves this morning. I'm yet to watch Martins show from last night, I must do that today! My list for today:

    - Maternity appointment at 9am - Done
    - Midwife appointment at 12.30
    - Check bank accounts - Payday! - Done
    - Swagbucks/My Survey/Nectar Canvass
    - Await Music Magpie payment - Done
    - Unpack/Re-pack hospital bag to make sure I've got everything!
    - Finish watching my boxset, only a few episodes to go!
    - Change bed sheets and final touches to baby room/things

    Gosh, I think that's it for today! Quite possibility my last check for a few days/weeks! Have a great hump day guys and best money saving wishes! :) x

  • Ooooh good luck Katy-Ann - just think this time tomorrow you could be a Mummy!

    Sorry about things at work CLF. And yeah chin up from me too.

    I am back from work a bit early - using up some time owed so I am going to get on with a few bits of home admin then some more paid stuff. Off to find another jumper first and make a brew, its not that cold outside but the house is not very warm. Quick wash on, DW on, joint of pork in sc for tea.

    I'm obviously sleep deprived from the little man being ill last night as I've only just remembered that dh isn't going to be here to eat tonight. This is after making the spag bol for him especially! Ah well, at least its a meal for us all tomorrow night. Tonight as its just me and the kids we're going to have the soup I've made (butternut squash, carrot & spinach - tastes nicer then it sounds!) and I've got some ys garlic bread in the freezer so will have it with that :) Dh is on his way back from a meeting and not expected back here til at least 10pm so he'll be getting food on expenses on his way back :)

    Right now time to find the garlic bread, I know its in the freezer......somewhere! :)

    * Trying out a Weetabix choc tray bake recipe, (got 10 Nutribix-like Weetabix but not nice! so putting 3 in here to give it a try :))
