Teenage hormines

Following a chat with a friend - just as confused and thought throw it open- interested in other people's opinions
Background
Friend - single mum - daughter just turned 14
No boyfriend / never kissed a boy...
Goes on holiday- 1st day they find themselves being adopted by an entertainer...
(He's 22 or 24)
All swop f/b messages going back and forth
He gets a bit to hands on - mum basically told him hands off she's 14...
Been out all together a couple of times, eat together quite. Lot
.....
He had been to the room on a few occasions - with mum and daughter there
From what I can gather mum treated him like a son -
One night they go on the balcony to talk - gets a little fresh - kisses / groping ....
14 yr old seems to have fallen for the guy lock stock and barrel.
The girl told mum what happened - said she stopped it going any further - the guy said after to the woman - they shared kisses on the balcony - wanted to be open and honest...
Fast forward a month - still in touch 14 yr old still likes him but realises he's older / entertainer / even thou he has said she is his g/f and he will wait for her...
The mum said he was a nice guy,
I've said it seems like he played the game, got his feet under the table, groomed mum as well as daughter - if he had of had his chance he would have slept with her..
Maybe I was a bit out spoken as I have a 14 yr old and they don't come with

Grooming is a very serious issue and it is shocking that the mother seemed to not realise what was going on here. I don't think you were outspoken to point out the wrongs in this situation
As an entertainer at a holiday resort, he has access to behave like this on a regular basis
If it were me, I would tell him to back off or I would get the police involved, especially after the kissing incident. It is illegal.
After the event, I would get in contact with his employers and ask them if they realise he is grooming young women.
Realistically, it is more likely that the young girls infatuation will wane and he will loose interest but other young women need protecting so I would definitely report him to his employersThe opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

Thank you...
From what I can gather as the mum had the chat - it seemed to do the trick, he laid off the touchy-feely approach - she said bar going to the loo or the bar she was with the girl 24/7.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks he's grooming... apparently he knew the girls age ....
I have t spoken to friend as she was peeevd off after my opinion... xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

I think the title of this thread is a bit misleading. This is nothing to do with teenage hormones and everything to do with someone who is old enough to know better behaving in a way that is likely to get him locked up.
Claiming this is something to do with hormones is basically victim shaming. She is a child, he is an adult.0 -
This girls Mum needs to step in and tell him to back off. She should have done this before rather than encourage it by eating out with the Entertainer. I wouldn't bother letting his employer know, they probably know already, he's an Entertainer in a holiday resort, calling the Police is a bit extreme too. When i was 16 i was in a relationship with a band member at the hotel where i worked, he was 26, he didn't groom me, we were together for 7 years. It's something that happens, not just in holiday resorts, if they're only in contact via Social Media i wouldn't worry, i'd keep my eye on it but it will more than likely die a natural death.0

I am truly staggered that anyone can read this and not think the police need to be involved. This person has regular access to children and is clearly acting in an inappropriate manner. Someone who has just turned 14 should be able to go on holiday without being groped by an "entertainer". There's a reason we have an age of consent, and there's a reason there are laws in place to protect children under that age.0

Grooming is illegal.
This man is apparently very skilled at it, and his employers and the local police absolutely need to know. He has, like many other sexual predators before him, found himself a job with easy access to young people and he needs to be stopped!0 -
Which country did this happen in?0
