Just read it and i do not think that it applies,if taken in the context that you state if you are driving your own car with a passenger, could be wife, mother etc and brake hard because you nearly miss your turning and that passenger whilst not taken care bumps there head of the side window you will call the police or produce all the relevant docs. etc. i dont think so.

This has been covered earlier in the thread.

Its classed as an injury related road traffic incident thus meaning it has to be reported to the police under the RTA UNLESS required details are exchanged within the prescribed statutory time limits.
    PLEASE NOTE

It's an injury accident that requires the insurance to be provided.

Will you stop using the term incident

    Not to satisfy you, no.

May I suggest that if you feel that my use of the word 'incident' is inaccurate or inappropriate, that you perhaps ask the forum admin team to correct me rather than yourself.

Just look at what you're posting and tell us where you're required to provide any details under the road traffic act because of an incident.

I'll help you out, don't google too hard because you won't find any. You've tried once before to be cleaver because you thought you knew such things and it ended badly for the person who took your advice. ;)

Thank you for your 'help' but seriously let me repeat my suggestion of you asking the forum admin to decide whether my terminology/contribution is appropriate or not.
