Hi, coming back AGAIN - just can't seem to get into a routine and start well but then fail miserably after about a fortnight! My new cunning plan is to do my housework as soon as I've had my breakfast and got dressed. I get up just past 6.30 to get Z up and ready for school but S doesn't have to leave until 8.45 so I do in theory have a big space of time where at least I can do something!! S is off school today (training day) so it'll be different today but I'm still going to try to do stuff before I start paid work later on.

Hope everyone is well, sending hugs.

    Morning all
Thank you for the lists natty and Valli, I'm in again please.
Made a start on the lounge Saturday moving DVD/games and racks round and giving tv/console stand a rally good deep dust and tidy also cleared some stuff that had built up on the table BUT then DGS was round on Sunday and is like a little whirlwind so toys and magazines are now all n dd1 needed me to go through my wool stash so table got coved again.
Thankfully I'm only in work for normal shift today so should be able to get it all squared up this morning.

Hugs good wishes and positive vibes to all who need/want them. I hope everyone is as well as can be and coping with their particular lots in life.

Natty your inbox is full I tried to send you a message this morning.

    Better get on I suppose.

  • Morning everyone,

Thanks for this weeks list, I am in x

Up at silly o'clock this morning so I have done a fair bit.

Living room, polished and hoovered. Big snuggly blankets brought down and neatly folded on the sofa for keeping us toasty in the evenings. I do love winter evenings, blankets, tea lights and hot chocolate!

    WM x1
    DWx1
    Dog walk x1.

Just going to take DD2 to college, then back to carry on. Think I will do the bedrooms next.

Bright sunny day here, but not drying weather, so off to the TD in a minute.

    See you later x

Thank you for the new thread Natty.

That's quite a list for today! DH did the living room yesterday so I will concentrate on getting rid of gibble! We have all the tools and equipment for the decorating project but no time to actually do it!

I've worked the last 4 days and the house is poorer for it. I need to spend a good few hours getting things put away before I can begin to clean!

WM is on it's 3rd load. My TD doesn't appear to be drying. I don't know if I should call an engineer and possibly wait a week for him to arrive or just buy a new one and get the old one taken away? Decisions.......

Coco was walked up to school this morning. She is sunbathing now.

I am here ladies, I haven't run away again. My bl00dy laptop died 😱😠😭 It's currently at my friends house to see if her husband can save it 😔
I hate using my phone for the internet but bit the bullet and of course I couldn't remember my password. So I got annoyed and gave up. Finally sorted it so I'm here!
Can't be doing all that copy and pasting so I'll have to do as much as I can.

Further to my earlier post about the :xmassmile Secret Santa :xmassmile

I suddenly realised this morning that I had a senior moment or three when posting my original instructions: I left out two digits after my name in the email address (which I only use for Flylady business), so if anyone has tried to email me and not received a reply, please try again.

The correct address is ionafan 48 (at) gmail (dot) com - except that it has no spaces and is all lower case, with @ replacing (at) and a full stop replacing (dot)

Sorry about the confusion - all my fault!

So far I have these names on my list:
    Narc0lepsy
    atypicalblonde
    dancemum
    lynnejk
    mrs-moneypenny

Hoping to get more now :p

On the Flying side, I have dusted and wiped all through downstairs (including the utility), the half landing and the bathroom. DH will hoover through after lunch. He has gone to town on the bus, taking 2 bags for the CS :A

The study is still a mess and our bedroom has become a dumping ground :(

I still have to make soup and scones for tea. Will do that while lunch is cooking ;) I also want to sweep up the leaves off the lawn - I'll just dump them in the woodland across the road, rather than taking them to the tip. Why do they stop emptying out garden bins so early, when there are still dozens of trees holding onto their leaves?

(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round. Hope you are feeling better today, LW, that your computer can be saved, wendywitch, and that your TD starts working properly, mumto5 (have you checked the filters?)

    Catch up later x
