Morning everyone!

I've been reading all the news, but have been so tied up with building work I've not had time to post.

We are currently living on our first floor, which is dusty beyond imagination and eating ready meals and takeaways

Children are horrid. Kittens are hilarious. Dogs are big. DH is useless. Life is fabulous.

Hoping the new caravan is ready soon. I literally never thought I'd look forward to living in one again!

ATB - I hope the solicitor's letter does the trick. I've never understood why some companies think it's OK to delay payment without reason. Small businesses can fail due to this, which is awful for those involved. I'm paying my builders weekly for the work completed, which I think is fair.

Off to prepare for electrician friend who is making everything safe downstairs ready for the plasterer next week.

Hello!

I have my conservatory back. FIL came back over with a big outdoor cover and some rope, so we put the hutch outside, and I've moved one of the chairs back out there, plus swept and organised, much better.

Took DS to football, they did really well, bless 'em. Not sure if there was a mix up but they disallowed an own goal that should have been a score for us, yet allowed the other team to score when two of our players were being subbed, so we only had 3 "men" on the field. So it should really have been 1-0 to us, but it may have been 0-0 or even 0-1 if someone was having a brain freeze. Nobody seemed entirely sure, lol. DS had a good match though and really enjoyed it. He took some cracking corners!

Not much else to do today so just pottering, a bit of dinner later, and I suppose getting ready for the new week!

I haven't done my homework - kiddies have done theirs...

Hope everyone I saw as well as can be. Sorry haven't been in much over the weekend, hugs good wishes and get well vibe sto all who need them.

Defrosted the freezer this morning it a job I try and do every year before the Christmas food shopping and baking starts in earnest.

Watched a really bad Christmas film on channel five this afternoon and am gong to do some,knitting now. Will watch David Attenborough tonight as that was early good last week.
