Seems like the Indians only want Brexit for one reason

So it seems that after years of the U.K. stopping the Indian EU trade treaty ( as well as a few matters of mass murder a while ago) the Indians (who the Brexiteers are partly holding high hopes for a good deal) , are itching to give us a kick in the balls and can't wait for us to leave so they can sign up a decent deal with the EU.

This Brexit malarkey is getting embarrassing.

We just need the queen to admit publically that she doesnt like the Chinese leadership at all and put Boris Johnson as head of the Forign office and we've pretty much burnt all out bridges ...

Oh dear, that's already happened hasn't it.

Indians are well disposed toward the British on an individual personal level. But at a societal and governmental level they absolutely hate us.

I have spent a lot of time in that country. The only way you are going to make £1 out of India is to pay £2 doing so.

Brexiteers who think India is some kind of commonwealth trade haven that will replace the EU are in cloud cuckoo land. Just like with everything else.

India is a very rich country, with a wonderful socialistic wealthfare system and is a much fairer more equal society that our corrupt capitalistic one.

They have nothing to gain by trading with the UK which is why they boycott our goods and services and would never even consider investing here.

India was a closed economy until the 1990s and is still pretty closed. It is very difficult to import products or to invest in India as a foreign investor. I don't think there is a great deal of appetite for free trade in that part of the world.

Been talking for over 9 years. Sums up the EU and why it's failing to deliver growth. Too many vested interests internally to come to an agreement. .

The UK is India's largest European export for good reason. Nor is India treated as favourably by the EU as other sub continent countries. Something which ires them. As their products are subject to tariffs whereas there competitors suffer no tariffs at all.

Vested interests as in National won't change. I agree. As the US elections might show in trumps.

They are also very aware of the xenophobia on the go and the impression that we want "your money but not your people". They aren't going to make up for what we lose from the EU, especially if we don't have single market access.

which countries in the world allow both trade and unlimited migrants from India?

Does the EU allow unlimited migrants from India?

Does India allow unlimited immigration?

or are you simply saying the the UK will be just like every other country in the world?
