Where have you gone, potters!? Have you all gone on your holidays!? Hadn't had any emails about new posts so came on to check I was still subscribed! I trust you're all safe and well and just out and about making some serious money for your pots!
Unfortunately I've had nothing to pot in the last couple of days, but it is because I haven't spent anything, so a mini yay! It being the 1st of the month, lots of money flew out of my account to various places today but happily £200 of that goes into my Help To Buy ISA so I can update my signature accordingly A teensy bit more for the flat deposit fund, and much valued right now as I haven't been able to save very much these past few months being off work and now on reduced pay, so I'm going to celebrate a little win And talking of little wins, I have my fingers crossed for the Premium Bond results tomorrow - we live in hope!
Lots of love to you all wherever you may be xxxFlat Deposit Fund - £30,000 / Fees Fund - £5,000Furniture Fund - £3,000 / White Goods Fund - £3,000 / Flooring Fund - £3,000Emergency Fund - £6,000366 Day Penny Challenge for 2024 - £405.96/£671.61 (Holiday Fund)£2 Savers Club for 2024 - £56/£200 (Christmas Fund)52 Week Card Challenge for 2024 - £168/£400 (Fun Fund)0 -
Hi Cassie LT
I have indeed gone on my holidays. I arrived in Turkey tonight..yipee
I probably won't post much while I am away as I am on my tablet, and won't pot anything either!
My ex came out of hospital today and has my two daughters, four cats and carers to keep an eye on him so I don't feel so bad.

Hi Frogletina! Don't you feel bad at all now, do you hear me? You've done a wonderful job and gone above and beyond looking after your ex, and now all you need to concentrate on is having a wonderful holiday! Hope the sun shines where you are and you have a truly lovely time. And I'm sure you'll be able to feed that pot a few treats on your return! Bonjour Potteurs
I have returned from my French trip full of life and good will. The weather was fantastic, the food was delicious and the scenery was outstanding. Even returning to wet Wales hasn't dampened my spirits. Plus, my old bones survived without too much damage!
Anyway, it's back to business and I have a lovely £3.72 to pot today. Have a fabulous weekend everyone.SPC 16 - #09 Totals: 2014 - £264.51 2015 - £207.50 2016 - £396.79 2017 - £369.49 2018 - £484.24 2019 - £309.90 2020 -£282.06 2021- £1839.89 2022 -£1627.830 -

Welcome to the happy gang, Fotojenics! Our great leader Sue-UU will be along to give you a number and add you and your great target to our lovely list, but in the meantime make yourself comfortable! Are you saving for anything in particular or just for a rainy day?
Welcome back, siju! So glad you had a wonderful holiday. You sound truly invigorated! I'm not sure whether I need to go to France or come and spend some time with you in wet Wales, but I want whatever you've got!
Hope your health is improving day by day, lynne, good to hear from you.
Lots of love to all of you out there potting away like little potty beavers!
I picked up a few groceries this morning totalling £2.50 and was chuffed to receive a lovely fiver and a beautiful £2 coin in my change! So that's a tasty £7 my pot will be munching on later. And today being the 2nd of the month, it's officially five months until opening day! I have no desire to wish the year away, but it makes me want to save harder to have a very grand grand total come 2nd November! xxxFlat Deposit Fund - £30,000 / Fees Fund - £5,000Furniture Fund - £3,000 / White Goods Fund - £3,000 / Flooring Fund - £3,000Emergency Fund - £6,000366 Day Penny Challenge for 2024 - £405.96/£671.61 (Holiday Fund)£2 Savers Club for 2024 - £56/£200 (Christmas Fund)52 Week Card Challenge for 2024 - £168/£400 (Fun Fund)0 -
Evening potterssssssssssss
Well after umming and ahhing over the old £1 coins in my pot, I sat tonight with a knife and wiggled out every last coin from the shrapnel tin (I just couldnt bring myself to cut it open early! ) there was £25 of old £1 coins in there which are now sat waiting for me to take them to the bank and change them for shiny new ones (cant swap them for ones in my purse cos I pot all them and that would mean less potting money! :rotfl: ) there was also randomly 3 x £2 coins and 6p in coppers so those were also removed and put in their respective tins, all lovely silver was then redeposited back into the shrapnel tin and I can forget all about it.
5p roadkill found in Mr T express yesterday and DD came in and proudly handed me a 1p she found in the street Various monies have been potted over the last few days but I havent got a scooby how much went in there :rotfl:
A happy potty day to you all, hoping everyone whos been or is on their holibobs are having an awesome time and hugs to anyone who needs one right nowSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £0/£10000
