Some very strange people out there TheCatsandDogsMother. Hope things are resolved for you soon.
DH, the dog and I had a fantastic weekend in the city of St Davids - the weather was fantastic, the walks were spectacular and it was only an hour from our home. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday and mother's day. We were very careful not to walk too far - doggy is 11 later this year and struggles with his arthritis if we do too much and he was fine all weekend. Then this morning, I was halfway around our usual walk and he stumbled. It was a very slow limp back home - so a couple of days resting now I'm thinking
Nothing to put into my pot yet - actually don't have any cash at all so have to call at the cashpoint later, however, I do need to pick up a few bits and pieces on my way home, so I'm sure I'll have something to pot later.
Have a good week everyone
Crossing my fingers for your dog. Ours took a similar stumble and was never the same again, though he was 12 and a half at the time. We had to get the car to get him home.
Got a pound coin today but sadly it was an old one. Must spend...0 -

Sorry I haven't been following the thread for a while.I have spent so much time since October decluttering our house after the extension, and posting on one of the decluttering threads.
But I have been potting.Potted the £25 I earnt from a job today.
As previously mentioned in the thread, there are soooooooo few £2 coins around at the moment.I have not received one for months. It seems even the supermarkets are trying to offload their £1 coins onto us before they become obsolete.
I have just had a look back on my posting history. Now,I post every £2 that crosses my path, and the last time I had one (2,actaully) to post, was 15th Feb.It is that long since I have received one in my change.I wonder where they have all gone [STRIKE]Jakes mum [/STRIKE]?

I've managed to pot 4 $2 coins this week, my housemate thinks I'm a little too excited when I get some in my change
I hope your dog is okay Siju and that he will be back to walks in no time.
The neighbour was back, going through our bins so the police have been notified. We are waiting for a call back to see what happens.Number 4950 -
