Got a letter a few weeks ago that the Flexclusive Regular Saver will mature on 7th December into a Flexclusive Saver Issue 8. This didn't happen, and no interest paid too.
The 7th isn't over yet. Check again at close of business tonight. Better still, in the morning.

I dropped them a secure message (category: complaint) to enquire why the account has not been credited almost a week after the due date, and whether I should be confident that my other newly opened regular saver account will pay out on its official "next payment date" or perhaps only pay up x months after it gets redesignated next 30 November.

I didn't explicitly ask to be compensated but will let you know if they offer something.
Got a secure message back today apologising for delay with their system problem on certain savings accounts, saying it's been credited, which per my account online, it has.

No offer of random free cash as compensation but no real harm done, and I'm not going to try to bother "recalculating" what they paid as my balance varied over the period and I really don't care what the exact amount is.

My account matured yesterday, interest shown and available to-day and transferred out to current account.

But system will not let me open a new Flexclusive Regular Saver, I have sent a secure message closing the the relacement saver account, and see if I can open a new flexclusive account then.
  • Interest paid today which was due on the 1st Dec but no reply to secure messages x 3 (First one sent Sunday ).Not happy with that.

Received the following letter from NW a couple of hours ago, as I have now received my interest plus £25 compo the matter is now closed from my point of view, still been an experience that should never had happened.

(And on the OP's original question)
My Flexclusive RS matures on 25th Dec, the 13th payment was paid last Sunday and hasn't been returned. Looking forward to the extra 20 days interest on the 13th £500, will open the next FRS before the end of the month (ready for 2nd payment on the 1st Jan).

Snap  bar I have replied saying Many thanks for G.W Gesture, sadly I cant see the 25.00 credit in stated account :rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you for getting in touch, I’m sorry that your interest hadn’t been paid, and thank you for giving me the opportunity to resolve this for you.

    Your concerns

I understand you’re unhappy that interest hadn’t been added to your Flexclusive Regular Saver.

    Our findings

I understand your disappointment and appreciate that you’ve been waiting since the 1 December for your interest to be credited. Unfortunately, at the time we were experiencing a fault where interest hadn’t been paid when some accounts matured on 1 and 2 December. A communication wasn’t sent out to individuals, as we weren’t able to ascertain how many customers this had affected at the time. Please note the balance was still available and could be withdrawn if you needed to, without affecting the interest calculation.

I’m happy to confirm that this fault has now been resolved, and your interest has credited your account.

    Our decision

Due to this failure, I of course uphold your complaint and apologise for the delay. After consideration of the impact to you, I have paid £25.00 compensation into your FlexDirect account, as an apology for the delay in your interest being added.
