before I made my appeal for this car park, which I lost.

The circumstances of my PCN match EXACTLY with the assessors rational for your winning decision.

On reviewing the evidence provided by both parties, there appears to be contradicting views regarding the terms and conditions at the site. Using online mapping tools I can see that the car park in question is immediately adjacent to a pay and display car park, and I am satisfied that the appellant has parked in the “Members Only” car park. I therefore deem it necessary to review the signage at the “Members Only” car park to see if the terms and conditions were clear to the appellant.

Although I dispute they are separate. The signage on 'both' car parks displayed exactly the same details when I took my photos. No mention anywhere that this was a 'members only' car park.

Currently I am still being chased for the outstanding parking charge fifteen months after the event. It has not reached County Court stage yet....

familyof.4 how did you get on with your appeal?
My circumstances are virtually identical but my alleged contravention was in September 2016


I think I may need to start my own thread for some advice.
