the car park clearly states "patrons only" , as a non patron , what interest are terms and conditions that do not affect you (you are a non patron) , therefore the offence (sic) that you have committed is tresspass , NOT the sillyv terms that do not affect non patrons

So you are saying the driver visited Soccerdome and paid & displayed but parked in a wrong bay but they didn't know that? The bays aren't coloured or line-marked differently or demarcated clearly with any legend painted on the roadways/next to bays?

Sounds really unclear from what you described way back in your first post.

However be careful to appeal only as keeper, as you know, because PE are likely to drop out when they see a long POPLA appeal starting by pointing out that the PCN is a non-POFA one and that the appellant has not been shown to the the individual liable (driver). You'll win this one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

this building / plot used to be one owner , it was split up a few years back .... the two car parks used to be free until August.

The one to the left is still free the one to the right has two sections The gym members is closest to the building and you enter a number inside the gym. The further one is for visitors (amongst whom are NHS patients visiting for check-ups) they pay via a machine / phone.

Many Socerdome visitors fall foul (pun intended) as this was one of two car parks they have previously used

    Now what a surprise
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.
  • Just to note I successfully appealed with POPLA against PE and this particular car park. My appeal point was different (I didn't use any of the templates/info here) but POPLA judged that the signs are confusing/contradictory and so this might be useful for anyone else having difficulty with PE and this particular car park:

    Hi sassyolivia

    First off don't panic.
Secondly read this thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822
Once you've read a couple of times (at least) then you will know you need to create your own thread as all cases are different.

Don't panic but also don't think you can leave it until later as an easier win outcome will be time dependent.
