Actually, I think your user name in flickr.com should be changed too - like it mght be your real name?

All of the personal info was covered on the pcn as far as I know including reg? Just at work now. Did you see the reg on it?

Can you show us those photos in the meantime by hosting them in Dropbox or using tinypic or photobucket, etc? Your unclear signage point could be bespoke rather than templatey, make it very 'pretty' and illustrated with your photos embedded into your word document, showing the POPLA Assessor the ambiguous bays & signs (being careful not to say who was driving).
