Date of event was 9/10/16, date on letter is 22/10/16 and the letter arrived 28/10/16

So did it have 'keeper liability' under the POFA in a paragraph talking about '29 days'? If it does, they should NOT have done, because 22nd was a Saturday and they cannot have actually posted this till Monday at the earliest (deemed served too late whichever way you look at it).

Tell us first if the PCN has that wording? Worthy of a DVLA complaint if so.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    4. I believe that it is not clear that this section of car park is indeed 2 different car parks. As you drive in from the road it appears that this is one car park, pay and display for all, one barrier covering the entrance into both the pay carpark and the members only area. Not one pay and display and one members only car park. I attach photograph A showing from the main road into the car park it does not suggest it is members only.
  • Hi Coupon-mad

no the letter did not refer to the keeper at all. I have started a new thread for my popla and asked for them to be merged. I will upload the pcn now.

    thanks

ie:- no need for 2 threads on the same topic

I've deleted all of them because although I had deleted the pcn photo it still showed in the flickr photostream.

Will re-convert when edited the pcn.

Good, then you can win just by using some of the template POPLA appeal points in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread, starting with the one about ParkingEye PCNs that don't have keeper liability wording, then the one about the appellant not being shown to be the liable person (driver), then a shortened version of 'unclear signage' (not the whole hog, miss out any comparison with the ''Beavis'' sign), then 'no landowner authority'.

All are templates to copy and put together in one long winning POPLA appeal, as a PDF to upload under 'other' on the POPLA webiste.

You have the golden ticket! Sorry I only just realised the question had already been asked earlier, but it's very important so no problem that we are asking twice and all singing from the same hymnsheet!
