    Hi maman

I'm going to try this with the help of the thread and recipes from the Internet because going to a class is another expense I could do without. If I can manage here with all the help and encouragement, I will keep it up. If I struggle without going to a class I will just have to bite the bullet and sign up. Something has to give - I can't stay this big because my body doesn't like it!

I'll jump on the scales tomorrow morning and see where I'm starting from and I'll post a number for the challenge. X

In all honesty there's little you can get from classes in most cases you can't find on line , except the incentive of weekly weigh ins ......and we have that here if you want it.

I find I need to make that commitment to keep me on path. OK when I had a gain the other week I really didn't want to post it, but I gritted my teeth and did it . The feeling from it definitely helped e lose the following week!

Hello, can I join you in a bit of Slimming please? I just recently moved so I can now go to class and do SW properly. SO far I have lost 10 lb and am aiming for at least another stone.

I enjoy going to class and following the plan and it's nice to also pop in here and keep up on a daily basis. For the challenge I'll put myself forward for 5 lbs please by christmas...should be doable.
    Trying to keep in budget.

  • Evening all.

Had a relatively good day with hubby cooking a (relatively) syn free chicken dinner today but may have undone the good work with a bottle of wine!

My plan for tomorrow is to get up & go swimming before work.....whether that will pan out only time will tell!
  • Excellent greentiger!

Dinner was spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce and salad. 1syn for sugar, 2 syns for pesto. Cheese hea.
Had a mini roll for pudding 5.5syns and a wholemeal toast heb with vecon.

    9.5syns total.

Weigh day tomorrow. Hoping I've undone some of the damage from hols, as long as it's 3lb or less on I'll be happy!

    B - again, nothing.
L - sw tomato and basil soup full of speed.
D - chicken (with loaaaads of different spices), peppers, onions and about 6 sw chips.

Snacks - 2x Alpen lights (hexb), milk in tea and 1 cheesestring as hexa. Candy cane 2 and a half Syns.

I'm still trying to undo the two chineses this week.
